Is there any hope left for this project? 
Pandacoin is fine and has plenty of hope, the burning and new coin seems to have not been supported by the Pandacoin community and is unlikely

Bleutrade will remove LTC base market from April.
That mean lowest PND price is 1 satoshi.
Panda now can go only up.
