Use some of your Pandacoin to Vote on whether or not the community should support getting Pandacoin listed at https://poswallet.com.
http://cryptodepot.org/digital-pandacoin-vote/

Pandacoin seems to be moving up the list at poswallet.com nicely and all indications suggest the community is in favor of being listed, so please help by voting directly for Pandacoin at https://poswallet.com Add Coin. You can vote once per day once you create an account.  We have added some chart features to our Vote pages at http://cryptodepot.org  and are experimenting with new Internet of things / Data on the Pandacoin blockchain pages. We should have several examples for everyone to see before long, a simple example we are playing with is here http://cryptodepot.org/ttest/test1.html this one simply registers Pandacoin amounts as temperature readings.  Also looking at having text messages encoded as transaction amounts to represent ASCII text characters. Our Pandacoin Electrum wallet is a fairly easy way to transact from a list or text file using the Tools Pay to Many feature while we experiment and evolve the project further.

Thanks for your efforts. Is there a way Pandacoin can implement SegWit in the future?

SegWit is interesting and could save us all disk space for our blockchain...  We have SegWit code in our latest Electrum wallet from Bitcoin, it may be why we can't seem to import paper wallets with it yet. We will keep our stable Electrum wallet version, which everything works fine on available also. We are looking into  SegWit deeper, if anyone thinks we should be looking at implementing SegWit in our PandaBank please consider voting.

Has anyone thought of the idea of re-launching PND as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum?  I thought I heard somewhere of at least one other coin attempting a re-launch in this fashion.

Man, the altcoin market is on fire right now, the timing couldn't be more perfect to try to push PandaCoin back into the PND/BTC markets.

There are probably more than a few pandacoin holders like myself that would stand much to gain by contributing a % of holdings to a fund to try to attract a bonafide dev team. Jommy has there been any thought to pursuing fresh technical talent to drive some innovation back onto this coin?  I have to get my wallet fired up again and add some fresh nodes to keep it syncing for starters.  I remit the PandaBank wallet still was one of the coolest wallets I've seen.

trying to move my coins off the exchange, but panda bank shows 0 connection, anyone has any ideas?

Not sure what version of PandaBank you are running but you may need some recently active addnodes to connect.

If you don't have a Pandacoin.conf file in your Pandacoin data folder you can just create one, be sure to have a backup of your wallet.dat which is also in your Pandacoin data folder.

Pandacoin.conf is a text file that can contain several things but a simple one can be just addnode lines like the example below, addnodes can be found https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pnd/#!network by clicking node list.  Your Pandacoin data folder containing your wallet.dat is where to put it.  You can also use a command line argument when starting PandaBank like -addnode=144.76.80.131
Be sure your PC's clock is set correctly and you have Internet connectivity.

addnode=107.174.34.77
addnode=107.174.34.78
addnode=184.151.222.53
addnode=23.239.15.210

Anyone wanting to try / test Digital Pandacoin Electrum, it is now available to download here http://cryptodepot.org/downloads/

Looks good, thanks, but may I know where can I see the source code of this Pandacoin Electrum?

What we are currently using / testing and made available is here  https://github.com/DigitalPandacoin/Digital-Pandacoin-Electrum
Digital Pandacoin Electrum is based on what is now a little old https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/releases/tag/2.7.12   Nov 9, 2016 · 153 commits to master since this tag
However it is working quite well so we are starting to update the latest Bitcoin Electrum version for Pandacoin to test with next

Cool. Even 2.7.12 was not too old imo, it was just 4 months ago.

Thanks for the info. Smiley

A little raise going on CMC, nice:  Pandacoin (PND)   $0.000011 (+1.45%)

So is the coin dead now or what?
No, Pandacoin is holding it's own and is working fine although the price is quite low, not such a bad thing IMO.  If you are having a problem with your wallet we can help, be sure to always have a safe backup of your wallet.dat
If you are not connecting to the Pandacoin network, simply adding some known active nodes into a pandacoin.conf file right in the same directory where your wallet.dat is should quickly connect you again.
Nodes can be found checking our explorer connections here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pnd/#!network to see the nodes click on the various version node list buttons.
Cryptopia exchange also hase node information available just click on connections here https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=PND

Excellent,I will continue to focus on PND.
