Wolong will employ a share of the pre-mine – likely a minimum of hundreds of millions of PANDA – to stabilise the coin against pump and dumpers, at least in its early days. Leaving aside the tangled irony of a former market manipulator now manipulating a market to discourage other market manipulators… This could work to stabilise the coin’s value intially. The larger of the original IPO investors will hold their coins for at least 6 months. Just to clarify; that 2% is inclusive of what wolong will receive (this is my understanding). The other 1% of the 3% total will be split amongst devs and services that are being created: bounties, gaming, etc.
Wolong has a vested interest to make his share be as profitable as can be. This will benefit all of us.

wolong himself is named after a panda sanctuary in china). The imitators named themselves panda just to muddy the waters and confuse miners and buyers to buy their shit coin causing harm to PANDA.
