The zip is encrypted with a password I presume they will release at launch time. That's why Avast can't scan it.

I don't want to sound like a dick, but I think we should be even
MORE welcoming than the Dogecoin community -- and that includes helping people out wherever we can. I am all for a mining guide, but don't mine myself. If someone can put some handy info in this thread & also on the
www.thepandacoin.reddit.com that'd be excellent.
The one thing I struggled with on Day 1 of Dogecoin was finding out how to mine.
