Your woking patch isnt syncing the windows wallets also the 2 exchanges swisscex + mintpal are on the original coinD V x.2

It isn't syncing because almost no one switched to it. Too many old nodes on the network will hinder newer ones from agreeing on the next block.

Everyone is reading first page of this thread. I did contact sevoque and am waiting on any info from him.

There is no reason for him not to build your fix into his coinD. Otherwise we have to hardfork the coin and open a new thread. There is no middle way.
