It was not pretty easy to do it since there will be such consequences for each pumps. You may now it pumps but you wouldn't expect if it would dump more than the pumps.

Calm down, and don't follow the other people (holder and seller) because they want you to come to them and lose the money with them. If you can hold any coins you have, then you can prevent from the big lose. But that is what happens now in the market especially if they see bitcoin price jumps to the lower price like now, they cannot think clearly for what they need to do, and it could trigger them to panic selling because they don't think that it's just a correction before the price increase later.

Well i think panic is always a part of our life here in crypto feild. Because we all know that investing in crypto currency is really a rissky type of investment and it is also involve a big amount of profit that can posibly loss if we are not going to joined the flow of yhe current price.
