Yes there will be panic selling when that happens and can drop the price of bitcoin . But now perhaps vague that occur because many people are not willing to go down further especially large investors bitcoin . They will not let down and instead will increase while the price . The small investor or just a beginner in trading caused the panic selling because they are afraid they hold off .

That's not really a panic sell, it's called taking profits. Panic selling is when you sell at whatever the price, in fear.
