Experienced investors do not panic because they know they can lose a lot of money because of their emotions. At first I lost money in this way and now I feel calm about panic.

Patience is they key so that you won't be doing the same mistake like panic selling. I've been with this attitude all of the sudden and even until now. It's not totally panic selling but needs are into our investments in bitcoin. When we have to make sure that we need to have cash, I'm going to sell. Just be focus for long term plans in crypto so that you won't panic sell.
We need to be really patient with digital currencies to have profits especially bitcoins. There is no need to listen to false speculations about the hard dumping of the bitcoins or end of bitcoins.
These are the vain attempts of haters to spoil the bitcoin community. Panic selling with bitcoins is silly mistake.

I dont see any chance that there will be panic selling before this year ends. Im guessing that bitcoin will reach 5000$ or even higher. As you can see at the current price of bitcoin is at $4000 and the demand is still increasing  and might reached 5000$ the next month.
There will be a panic selling who does want to have a slight profit when bitcoins dumps then to sell but if it pumps or dumps more they are going to be panic selling. This is what i observe to the bitcoins holders.
Yep, bitcoin holders do panic selling when they show some dumping. Especially the new traders get panicked and decide to give up on their coins to safe their investments. They should believe in bitcoins whether bitcoins are dumping or pumping. Bitcoins are having potential of creating new rich people.
I think panic selling does not happen only on when dump? But when the price of pump also usually occur panic selling. Maybe you can advise users not to panic selling when the price is dump. Namely by trust and patience. But what about panic selling when the price of pump? what will you advise for them ?

usually who feels panic is a new person in the world of trading he was shocked to see an uncertain market situation, but if the old players then he will seting to the targeted price, at least he can take quick steps to sell if when the target number pump is not touched

I think people should not follow the trend, they should trust the bitcoins. Though the price are falling, there will be a recovery in future so there is no need to panic.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?
Any one investing in bitcoin or any other crypto should not be a panic seller(that’s if you’ve done your research on the matter) but should rather be rigid an be on his feet to be ready to make the right move at the right second in other not to lose money
Everyone knows that investing in cryptocurrency is risky because of fluctuations in the market. like I did this morning. bitcoin prices had dropped a few percent in just a few hours and it freaked me out. because I was afraid of losing too much, then I cutlose (sell it) and the price came back up and I was disappointed, I should be more patient. and it will be a lesson for all users to be patient in order not to panic

Yes, its kinda freaky and nervous moment because upon reaching as high as $5000, we are not seeing like panic sells that pull the price to $4600 and could probably go even lower. For the newbies out there, you don't need to panic and just would simply sell. Of course its gonna be nervous and thinking that you should have sell a while ago when the price is still at $5000, but I'm pretty sure that it will recover soon. We all know that bitcoin has this ability to recover and even go even higher as previous price. I must admit I'm a little bit worried, but no, I won't sell. I'm seeing the price to go along the line of $6000-$7000 so I'm just wait have patience and not to be affected by the sudden price going down.

All markets behave the same way. If the rally goes too high it can definitely drop but its not going to 0.

Just look at all the support its made in the 2000-3000 area. There would have to be some big disaster to bust threw that.

The topic was created a long time ago, but I can't resist not to leave a comment. I imagine how I now regret those who panicked and sold their bitcoins. I hope this will be an example for everyone else. Panic is always the worst time for responsible decision-making. It is always better to pause and to follow the development of events.

To be honest, I was one of those who panicked when the market price of bitcoin starts dumping. I really do regret selling and withdrawing at that time  because after that dump the price of bitcoin recovers and eventually got high doubling the price. Looking at the current market price, I already loss more than half of possible profit from that money I have withdrawn which is very sad. How I wish that I have controlled my emotions back then and avoid making bad market decisions.

Yes, the topic was created a long time ago but it is still relevant today because there are a lot of newbies everyday trying to get in the crypto trading specially right now that the price is going strong. So its really nice to give them some points regarding our experience in panic selling.

I must admit that I usually do panic before selling and would just sell all-in. But as I mature, I stay away from the sell button and I just think that bitcoin will recover soon and I don't need to panic sell. Actually you should buy when there is a time, its a perfect time to accumulate more bitcoin. Its really up to the individual, but I suggest that don't be emotional like me before, key stay cool and think of your future profits if you are going to sell because others are doing so.

Its demand will surely decrease. Since it is being sold in a low price and in the situation that you've said, there'll be more people that will do the same. It will negatively affect Bitcoin but maybe it won't be permanent. There'll still be people that won't sell their bitcoin even on situations like that, it will help to eventually Bitcoin rise again.
Another dumper will be following it. Since someone dump a lot of coin and take away the profit it means there will no buy back and that doesn't give the comeback to the price. But it depends on the trend.
A lot of people are holding the bitcoin will make the bitcoin rarely.
We cannot take away the people who are always panicking selling in times of dump it is what volatility and pro traders earn sounds unfair right? but it is how it works and time will come they are the ones who will benefit from others. People who keeps holding have their own plans or target and they stick to it.

Panic selling is tempting no matter how good of a trader you are. The reality of trading is you never know what is going to happen. No matter how good you are, you will always be put into a position that you need to stop yourself from panic selling or buying no matter how badly you want to or think you should.
Real trader is not doing any panic selling because they already place a sell order that generate an income even the bitcoin value will fall and we all know that every dump there is a pump.
Depends you are trader normal or margin trader. For me, selling with panic market very interesting, because I can short altcoin have panic seller and take small profit from that, of course the risk higher than bullish market or stable.

There is a very famous quotation “Keep your emotions under control” and this best fits in when you talk about investment or business. You need not to fell panic. You need to remain calm, only then you can decide wisely.

Man bitcoin market is open to everybody and isn't controlled by central body so everybody can sell whatever bitcoin they have at any price they are happy with. But there are also buyers who see potential rise in price and buy those coins sold by weak hands. This happen in all day trading, you seem new to bitcoin trading.
That's right, panic selling is the main reason problem why many of the traders here loss in the end, They didn't become patience on waiting. Dropping the price of coins is not a sign for us to to get on panic, but a sign for us to buy it. So the next time it happen our emotion must be control by ourselves.
Well, they just showed an immature action, why did I say it? because if they are matured already, they would know the nature of price movement.
Bitcoin is volatile and that is its nature, so any dump is not really a problem as we have seen it many times rise after a big dump, big dump is just an opportunity for smart people, meaning it's time to buy.
Its not actually immature but this is just really a common mistake of a newbie specially on trading on which we would really able to commit these mistakes since we arent aware enough on the price movement of bitcoin. If we are already experienced we would able to say that we did a mistake back when we are still a newbie. We do really learn as the time goes by and panic selling would happen.I bet you did such mistake too when you are still a newbie.

Panic selling occurs when a stock price rapidly declines on high volume. This often happens when some event forces investors to re-evaluate the stock's worth or value. There may be sometimes you have to apply panic selling when dealing in bitcoins
