The problem seems to have been resolved now. There was some sort of conflict there, not sure what. I couldn't open the site on my mobile either. A few hours later, I tried again via my phone and the site loaded just fine. Just now I tried it via my desktop PC and it worked as normal on Chrome and Firefox.

Is your site down? All I see is a row of slot reels spinning on a grey background, like in the picture below.
My connection is fine. I tried to access the casino from my real IP and by using a VPN from 2 different countries and continents, but still same thing.

The house edge was 0.5% when we just started, now it's 1% as it is written in topic name

Currently we're in the process of expanding our hardware capabilities, and any possible delays will be removed from game to allow perfect gaming experience for our players.

Upon checking your website, it takes time to load and I wonder if the problem is in my side or your script takes too long to load. I can't find further information also upon exploring your website, FAQ page will be very good if you have one.

Your house edge is very low also as I saw that most of the other platforms are having 1% and up but in your end you are only having a 0.5% house edge which is good for the players.

Slot game without free spins is just unfortunate especially you have scatters on the game, or you may add something like a bonus game when players get 3 scatters or more.
A bonus game where players choose one out of 3 cards, each card contains various amount of free money starting from low-med-high amount.
Sure the amount of the bonus on the cards based on how much the bet amount. Higher bet amount gives higher possible rewards on the cards.
