If I understand correctly the person who's waiting long time to withdraw didn't deposit anything substantial and the funds need to be checked trough the level 0 system.

Usually the withdrawals are processed instantly ( the withdrawal tx is instantly created after wd request) and the 48h is cases where we need involvement of our manager to decide further steps according to our protocols. Usually we resolve these cases within a day and 48h is just a random time amount we tell people so they get some idea, although it of course may vary in real world.

I want to see some feedback, is this platform really comfortable to play? if this is a problem with towing or long have to wait 48 hours it is very tedious even they can get worried because it could be their forecast with an indication of an unpleasant accusation but I hope this can be updated soon so the waiting time for the withdrawal won't be long.

Did you try to withdraw and may I know what happen after 48 hours? Did your withdrawal went through or you still haven't received it because if your withdrawal is still pending after waiting for 48 hours then there is something wrong for sure.

All our withdrawals are automatic and quickly processed, and cases of withdrawal taking more than 48 hours are rare and exceptional. Once again, we would ask you to proceed with the support agent for help with this transaction.


Yup, there's definitely some nuance to it as always in such rare cases. It might be a suspecious transaction that requires a help from our manager and since these are day-offs some delays are possible.

What do you mean by withdrawal does not work? Is it something like that you cant click the withdraw button or you can do it but your withdrawal is pending? Didn't support say something else except to wait for 48 hours? Perhaps something like the reason why you need to wait for 48 hours?
