Very well designed website, but the menu got me a little confused. The worst part is to verify the email. I am still not sure why Bitcoin casino operators want to capture the email address. That is ludicrous, it does not serve the purpose. Do they think verifying an email address will help them to boost their business?

No, it does not as there are several ways to get an instant email. Cheap stuff!!

I changed the browser to make the site work faster. Now everything has become good, and I have not noticed any changes. The support window is where it always was. Try Mozilla Firefox, it's really good.

Since this is a new gambling site you should be hardworking to fix the bugs/error that the player will encounter like the speed of the bet and laggy to load the whole page but I believe you will fixed problem as soon as possible, maybe you should try to make a bounty on finding bugs and error or try some promotion to attract more player.

I have followed the site since its launch, the platform has made a great improvement in every way, my only criticism is of the constructive nature, and it is to improve the speed problem a bit, but it is something that is not so relevant, just apply to do several consecutive, I think this will improve the experience on the platform.

The thing is, that there's an option to choose the chat room on the left, not a button to switch language.

You can change your interface language easily by clicking a button on the bottom of the interface

re: about the provably fair and changing of the client seed
I have to admit it was pretty confusing at first , mainly because of the by default russian menus that you could not set to be english ( still not fixed , by the way )
and when I looked through the bet ID and the Fairness section it would not allow me to change my seed
so I asked one of the mods and he explained to me how to do it , through your account menu :



notice the Eng flag and the Russian menus?  
this option is under your account's menu and it could have been made more transparent , for example if you create a special fairness section
it would be logical to assume one could do it there ,but no - you can only check the fairness of the rolls there
but it is just the interface suboptimal choices , their game PF seems to be implemented allright

I tried autobet once again, and there were no such issues as before within 400+ bets. So, now I have no complaints except for the speed. It's around 1 roll per second while some dice sites have as much as 8-9 rolls per second.

And, guys, for goodness' sake, change that amount we can see in the "PROFIT" column. The thing is that it's different on all the other dice sites I know, so gamblers have accustomed to seeing real profit there, and I hope you understand that seeing other amounts there is a bit confusing.

It is not big deal for new site about bugs, there would be something wrong and that's why they are respecting all feedback's here. There are no restrictions on the crane limit on the site, you can take it every 10 seconds for 15k litcoins for example.
The possibility of changing the Seed client does not exist.
The site remotely resembles a STAKE casino.

If the site has 1000 bugs that need to be fixed, a serious casino would never have started before all the errors were fixed. I strongly do not recommend making deposits there at the moment, but time will tell.

Can you posted a signed Bitcoin address showing a reasonable bankroll to prove solvency. All you need to do is post an address and just sign it with your sites name and date.

You say that the max bet is $5000 USD so I am assuming you have at least 1-2 BTC in cold storage somewhere. However a safer amount would be maybe around 5 BTC given that in a single moment there can be more than 1 person betting the max amount of $5000 USD and after a few wins might clean out the casino and withdraw.

If they withdraw and you don't have the funds you will need to send the funds from your customer deposits and if everybody decides to one day withdraw everything you won't have enough BTC in your hot wallet to process the withdraws. So please post a BTC wallet proving solvency.

You should learn from the experience that has just happened recently on other new site where player is able to bet big amount with a possible higher payout than what the site is able to pay. His bet was a win but he did not receive the payout as it should be due to the limit payment of the site. At least your site should not allows any bets that may reach your max win. Give a notification when players are trying to bet with a possible payout higher than what you can pay to avoid a big issue that may affect your reputation since you are still a brand new site.
