I'm also pretty sure that if we dig deep enough, we could nail ZT's balls to the wall, while the other players watch nearby. In China, there's no age restriction to UnionPay debit cards as long as parents give permission. For credit cards, the minimum age is 16, but the liability belongs to parents.
In Singapore, minimum age for debit cards is 16.
In Australia, minimum age for EFTPOS debit cards is 12, and for Visa/MasterCard debit cards depends on the bank. (NAB says at least 18 but I had no problems getting one even though they are aware of my age.)
