It's an old denial here, from this reporter. I thought said wallet was only discovered after the attacks. But maybe I misunderstood?

When your masters want to start a war, truth dies first!

Very true. I want to see this wallet if it really exists, the Blockchain would make this a piece of cake to reveal - come on guys, anyone dug it up yet?

Great source -  Grin

Don't believe everything you read.

Get over it, ANYONE can access Bitcoin, therefore I can see it being utilized by terror cells.

Yes, it can be accessed by anyone but that doesn't necessarily mean that ISIS funding are comprised by bitcoins. The source of this news is not even known, so how can we believe what's written in there if the source of the news itself is not credible or even known at the least? Huh

Even if that is true, and ISIS is founded partially with Bitcoin so what? Bitcoin is like less than 0.5% of their total source of money.
I don't see people crying about that USD or EURO or any other FIAT money is used by terrorists to fund their operations.

That's it, this just came out of my mind.
I think they(ISIS) don't have a $3 Million worth Bitcoin wallet, but they store it in a multiple wallet so when someone hack it they'll not lose so much Bitcoin.
Anyway, this is just my opinion Grin

Its suprising . We are even cant see which wallet contain 3 billion dollar.
Thats enough stupid media. They are dont know anything. Only sell rubbish news

it's 3M not 3B which would be impossible since it's 60% of the bitcoin market cap, at present it would mean 9M coins in one wallet...

not even satoshi could dream about this amount

It just shows you how reckless these journalist can be. There is no editorial proof reading and responsibility to report facts. You just post crap online and apologize on Twitter. ^What a joke^

Thanks for the link.
So as expected it's just pure FUD! Shitty media!!
But of course ISIS and other terrorist groups could use Bitcoin or are already doing it.
They can use it like they use USD,EUR,YEN, precious metals and oil for instance.

Good! I was looking for it and you had it first. That's the media what do we expect? And they're called Democrazy Watchdogs: that's a joke!

Good to see this! I do feel bad that this even happened since the damage is mostly done already to the Bitcoin. Nevertheless it's good to see that we don't have anything to do with these damn terrorists as this is the main subject all over the world and it seems to me that it will stay the main subject in the foreseeable future!

If this is true, it'll be another bad story.
But since the source isn't realiable and it has no real info, like, what are the adresse, this changes nothing.

Looks like a classic fake media story to me.  He also probably had many dealings with fiat, fiat in the tool of the criminals not bitcoin.

Does not matter Anonymous is coming for them.  Cheesy

Anonymous has declared cyberwar against the so-called Islamic State in retaliation for the Paris terrorist attacks.

Anonymous, a 12-year-old virtual community that's been linked to hacks on everything from the government of Zimbabwe and Bay Area Rapid Transit to Visa, MasterCard and the Federal Reserve, has proven plenty capable of following through with its threats.

The U.K.'s Independent reported that Anonymous has already started leaking information about ISIS members, and the publication said it's seen one post that includes the address of a recruiter in Europe. Using the Twitter handle @opparisofficial, Anonymous said on Tuesday that more than 5,500 Twitter accounts for ISIS are down.

This is complete bullshit. That ISIS killer is probably a complete dipshit or this whole article is absolutely fake. And seeing as the fact that ISIS managed to pull off that whole attack on Parris, i'm pretty sure that they are not dipshits, so this article is a complete lie. Well that is unless you can provide us evidence of that account.

Anyone can write or say that someone has 3 million in their wallet

at this point i'm not believing anyone with a sum big like that, it's very hard to have such an amount nowadays, we are not in 2010 anymore, and i doubt he bought those

and no signal of hacking recently, so probably fake as mentioned from someone else

Are you serious? ISIS would have been obliterated a long time ago if they weren't being backed by money and they most certainly have got a lot of it. What better way for them to conduct than by using Bitcoin? No names no, bank accounts. Probably not a problem for them but definitely a big deal if they're transacting with sources from within the western world (which most likely how they acquire data, weapons etc).

i mean no signal of recent hacking attempt on any exchange to justify, that they have robbed those bitcoin
