Are you serious? ISIS would have been obliterated a long time ago if they weren't being backed by money and they most certainly have got a lot of it. What better way for them to conduct business than by using Bitcoin? No names no, bank accounts. Probably not a problem for them but definitely a big deal if they're transacting with sources from within the western world (which is most likely how they acquire data, weapons etc).

We all know bitcoin is anonymous, it's very hard to track the wallet unless you already have bitcoin address in your contact.

yes it is. very small drop in a big bucket. imagine just having 10 000 people working for you, at 1000$ a month. thats 10 million a month. that is just wages. plus equipment, bullets, food, transportation,etc. plus all the logistics, maybe 75000 support the 10000, and they have wages too. Plus your own salary Tongue

I'd say based on that you need at least 30 million a month, plus up front capital costs. 500million a year lets say. at a very minimum.

It doesn't matter still. Good publicity or bad publicity is still a publicity, in any case Bitcoin will be known and the more people will hear about it will tend to look it up on the net and see the good sides and bad sides. But definitely, its the advantage of using BTC that they will later see.
