Market has driven by manipulators. AMF is really different with SEC, after i read the whole of the article regarding regulation of ICO in the Paris. I have gotten some points about that. The existing ICO that still on its operation will not be banned or halted. But new ico will have needed to complete all of the requirements to get licensed from AMF. Perhaps the bear market has arrived, and no good news can cause the market to rise.
That means the existing ico project in Paris will be fine. But new icos should give guarantees to the investors.
