Thanks y'all for your contributions so far. From all I've gathered, few projects still give out free tokens which can turn out good in the future. One needs a bit of luck to get such.

Recently, I have participated in so many airdrops and in the process you are expected to give out your details. However, I have only received very few of the airdrops despite the number of airdrops i have participated in. It leaves me to wonder why I don't get to receive these tokens. Are there reasons why I don't eventually get them. Secondly, is participating in many airdrops safe?
Yeah, participatimg in airdrops is safe as far as they don't ask you for private keys of your wallet. If anyone demands private key, then they are definitely scammers. Regarding profits, nobody knows how will the ICO be? It all depends interest of an ICO and if you skip any terms that has have been set for eligibility of token payments like if there was compulsory to join their telegram and you didn't join them, then you will not be paid

That`s right. It`s safe as far as they don`t ask wallet private key.
If you don`t recieve the token airdrop maybe you don`t follow the instruction properly.
Too many airdrop project not success and most of all is just spam. So don`t hope too much.
If you are lucky you will get many.
I think you should try bounty instead airdrop.

I very much distrust these airdrops, no matter how much I tried, I did not earn much.
But spam now comes to the mail constantly

Some companies conduct first airdrop, then bounty, then ico . will have to be patient. I guess in 2-3 months it will come a large number of coins. Just be careful, watch what data you enter, but this is a common security measure.

So far, everything is important.
To conclude: do not give data to the private key, and everything else is OK and does not pose a danger to you.
Your estimate is whether you chose the right airdrop or not.

Your income is directly depends on amount of airdrops you are doing daily.
For example ETH Blue, Bitcoin Red - they gave a good profit for every participant.

CryptoTalk.Org - Get Paid for every Post!
I made a similar experience; i participated in around 30 airdrops but only about 10 were successful.
Though i made some good profits of several hundred dollar and the only information i had to reveal was: bitcointalk profile link, twitter / facebook profile link / retweet link, wallet address.

So, it's some safe free money, go & grab it!

How do you know if there is a new Airdrop? Is there a website where you can check about new airdrops? I heard the forum rules were restricted that there isnt any advertisement for airdrops in the forum anymore. I am still a beginner and would like to participate in my first airdrop to get a feeling for "which project is decent and which might be a scam".

Thanks for your help and I would be really happy for an answer.

All the best and kindest regards,

Just google for "upcoming crypto airdrops". I usally use airdropalert.com, but there are also many announcements made on this forum or on twitter. Search in the altcoin announcement / tokens section and you will find some.
And it doesn't matter if the airdropped coin turns out to be a scam if you never shared your private keys or invested some money into it.  Smiley

At the moment, there are a lot of projects that attract us, but not so many projects that really will grow. At the moment, I'm watching three good projects, one of the best (in terms of ease of procurement is Kalkulus). You can pay attention that the coin looks interesting, and the cost makes us buy at least a few thousand to expect growth.

Currently everyday there is an ICO or Airdrop is launched. Though you cannot differentiate between, which are the genuine or fake ICO / Airdrop?
If an ICO is fraud there is HIGH risk of loss, whereas in Airdrop you don’t lose anything.

I think it's safe as long as you are careful to fill out the form, you shouldn't enter your wallet address with your private key, because sometimes airdrop is used by the scammer, for now most airdrop reward is very small values, but not all of them, there are some very good airdrop results

I do not participate in airdrops because too few tokens comes. And most of them are uninteresting coins that have no value. But if you recall, ETH Strat and also once handed out free of charge. Unfortunately I then knew nothing about cryptocurrency

Well if you see the ratio from successful to failure is widespread. Like if you apply for 50 airdrops , out of that few handful will give you the tokens and from that hardly any of them will have a good value in near future or in coming years. So only option is to apply and forget you had applied or just do not apply considering its not worth your time and efforts.

Airdrop is safe as long as we are alert and cautious when filling in the requested data, but it is not always beneficial, if airdrop is correct, it not always have good profit, especially now many fake airdrops, most fake airdrop aims to collect email address data from bitcointalk accounts, which they then offer for sale to those who need email addresses from bitcointalk account, it could be the data is used for illegal purpose, in my opinion better be careful and always wary with airdrop
Thank you for your thoughts. I guess I'll just be careful and avoid giving out sensitive information while filling out forms for airdrops

Don't be surprised because this is just a normal thing to happen which not all airdrops you do participate will really give those free tokens but somehow a good practice since you would able to increase the chance on receiving.Might not be complete but would be still worth on some coins though. I would say it is really just safe as long you don't give important informations like Wallet keys etc. but if you are just being asked on simple things like username, twitter, telegram or any other things they require for you to be eligible for airdrop then it should be fine.

airdrops are safe and you can earn big when the project or the token you recieve will pump, the only thing you must avoid in joining airdrops is never put your private key on the form ,some members do this mistake.
