Sadly, I have yet to set up my very own passive income. BUT, I am currently working on it and have already spent days putting the site together.

Passive income per month is still not stable, not up to $50 of the blogs which I fill with advertising from CPM. This is because I am working and consuming a lot of time so it is difficult to write on blogs. It used to never be able to reach the $300 per month but due to changes in the search engine Boogle makes blogs I wasted from the first page.
It may not be considered totally passive since you have to do some work to write the blog posts,
but earning $110 - 250 from Google adsense each month is still probably a great return for the time it takes you.
I would be interested to know the kind of content you are posting and how many visitors you get each month. Also, how long has the site been established,
and what methods you took to increase traffic to the site.

its good for you and google adsense is a good program to make money. but i think its not yet passive income source for you because you said you fill your blogs twice a week with 3 posts and its not the point of passive income. passive income is a way that we can receive stable income every day or every week or every month without we are nothing to do. as long as you still make any work or jobs with your source income, then its not a passive income. i am sorry if i am mistake.

wow you have a great passive income. adsense is really great for you as you are getting a good income for only 3 posts per week on your blogs. I also have some blogs but I do not have adsense account I have some other ad networks on it the income is better but currently I am in the position to work hard for it to make them more profitable. It's not easy to achieve it, need a lot of traffic to earn such amounts of money monthly. Few people only get a lot of traffic because they write and offers a subject people are looking for at this moment. Need a lot of effort and a good source of news to write your content firstly than all other sites, and if possible get exclusivity.

Passive-income sources should be thought of as an investment. Like any kind of asset, it can be analyzed to determine whether your time-input is sufficient for your income-output. Nice point you've mentioned that could inspired some of us to calculate how much time and income to get in case of looking/make a source of passive income. Capital will be there eventually, it's the people skills that make or break deals with people.
We have the same in mind, because my parents used to have some bed spaces that are for rent and as of now there is no more tenant.
And so far the income is good and when your tenants are good enough and does have decent job, you will be able to have passive income with them.
When the time of payment comes, they always do pay on time.
You would just need some advertisements to be posted near you or to those companies with a lot of workers there. Maybe some posters will help also and there is this social medias where you could advertise it for free.
That is a good source of passive income and it doesnt need a lot of work just some maintenance.
There's no problem about the advertisement as I live in a crowded place and most of the people here are just renting for some spaces.

Try to find out most popular keyword in google adwords tool and then decide which niche you're going to address on your blog, but honestly making a blog can't be said having such a passive income because you are actually required to update it every day and if you don't you'll accept the fact that the visitor will gone and your website rank will be falling

Bloggers earn a lot of passive income from affiliate marketing but it also takes a lot of hard work before they start making good money.
if the bloggers have a good product from affiliate marketing and search by many of buyer, then that bloggers will be reach passive income but if not, then its only for little of money. i think if we are bloggers, better to choose many affiliate product and make a review on our blog with good keyword then promote it.
