My passive income would be my full time work. But if we talk about how could I earn online and some small businesses it cannot be calculated with the average per week. It will depend on how many customers would come to buy stuff and I dont see it as a passive one just an addition to my budget.  Grin The good thing is I dont have to use my salary. It will all end up for savings.

Is a full-time can be called passive income? I think not. Passive income - this is where your participation in profits minimal. Well, except that if you are at work doing nothing

Doing nothing doesn't count, you should do something else for it to be counted as passive income. Kidding aside, quite a lot of jobs are paid for doing exactly that. I mean doing nothing since when you are doing what is required by your assignment, that might mean something has broken or out of order, for example, many repair and maintenance jobs are like that.

And I wouldn't count that as passive income.

Bloggers earn a lot of passive income from affiliate marketing but it also takes a lot of hard work before they start making good money.

There's too much competition in this business since 2010, when people see the potentials on adsense people flock for its opportunity and this includes affiliate marketing. Now its saturated.
Therefore you must have different source of income, if you passive income will not work then focus on your active income. You are in crypto world and I don't believe if you will not see a lot of opportunities here.

Yes, a lot of opportunities to earn an income in the world cryptocurrency. But to call this type of passive income is difficult. After all, you need to constantly monitor their investments in cryptocurrency
that's right because we can't predict as always and passive income means that its just an earn to earn situation and no risk from your investment, while crypto currency always worry us what would be the value the following day and if we are still earning or its losing already the value.

Bloggers earn a lot of passive income from affiliate marketing but it also takes a lot of hard work before they start making good money.

Though affiliate marketing is a good source of passive income but the process is too difficult as it is really hard to find good and active referrals these days which makes it really difficult to be done.
To be a blogger is hard, before we can make money from affiliate marketing or adsense,  we need to get good traffic for our blog. We have to choose niche that we master in it, good SEO skill, quality post, and concistency to make it. So many ways to get passive income in internet like being youtuber, blogger, and bitcoiner. For bitcoiner, trading is the best way to get passive income if they have skill in it. Also joining the signature campaign is good too.

i still conclude an investment in cryptocurrencies as passive income even you still obligated to monitor it daily because monitoring doesn't require you to put that much effort into it unlike when you're working to get the salaries or earning.you will need effort on it because you're not investing or anything else.you're earning from zero

Yes, I wrote a book (I talked about it in this post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anyone-interested-in-agriculture-1420163).

It is a source of passive income because I sell it even if I sleep or I'm on vacations... it's on online stores, so people buy it without any further effort by me  Cheesy

That is really a great passive income, writers really has a great source of passive income as they just write a book and publish it and then they are earning passive income from that as they just sit and people buy their books and they are earning.

When you have a good subject and you are very knowledgeable about the topic, you can make a nice profit from writing a e-book. Do you make a nice income from it on autopilot?

I had tried in the past to write an ebook of 10 pages, but I never got any sell.

Yes being an author is a good source of passive income. You will be paid with royalty also. Also if you are singer and having a recorded songs for sale. Also if you are an inventor etc. there are many ways, just develop a skill and master it.

If you want a passive income, Why not try things that you'd do anyway like when you buy sfuffs, It will be nice to get credit card cashbacks .

Also try blogging, Instead of spending your time on facebook or twitter,  Why not blog instead and earn some money through ads .

Writing an ebook will be also great but it needs a lot of time before you finish one (Assuming that you're writing a 75+pages) But after you'd finish your book you can just take it easy while you're getting the money .

Basically there are many ways for passive incomes but it really depends on what you can do or what you're god at .

That is not passive income, for all that you need to work and be active as much as is it possible. More time will bring you higher profit and normally more effort invested.
Other thing is passive income, you just deposit money and you do nothing more with that. Its also proportional, how much you invest on that money you will just collect intrest from time to time.

61% of people here have voted that they have passive income and I'm wondering how and what?

If they count that solving captchas, faucets are passive income then they are completely false because it is highly active income.

I voted for no because I don't have any passive income and I don't have any plan how to make a passive income so if anyone has any suggestion let me know!

Passive income is not hard to come by. If you buy a stock that pays a dividend, that's passive income. It's probably the most common form of passive income. Even if you only have one share that pays a couple cents every quarter, that's passive income. Obviously, the more you have, the more you earn. But going from "no passive income" to having "any passive income" is not nearly as hard as people are making it out to be.

Buying dividend as a source passive income will be the worst mistake from this part of the world may be because of my knowledge of finance though, I wont buy and wont encourage anybody to buy. The crash of 2008 has been a lesson and the way directors run companies, enrich themselves and later declare peanuts at the year end. But other source of passive income, I am open to it.

As webmaster i have made the choice:
NO REFERRALS EARNING
Why?
because at the end I have many inactive members and members count only on referals.
And so the site lose the spirit it was programmed.
I can not reward twice...
I prefer reward only active members or who was active even if they are only few ones.
Passive income is for the investors and not for the promoters...and investment is only possible for active members.

Yes!i agree!referals earnings msy not be considered as passive income. Why?.what if your referals was not active too?.it can help a little to have another extra income from referals but the real passive income was an stable income from your regular work. Or an income from other source that can give you profit even not hourly, daily byt at least for long time.

Of course referral earnings are considere as passive income since you don't have to do maintenance everyday or things like that.
And if it have a threshold that you have to withdraw your money manually, that's not so hard and you will not spend a lot of time.
