That's part of every cycle and old investors already know how to deal with this. Patience will be required during bear market because no one knows when it will recover and having a good endurance will make you alive in this market. If you don't have patience then you are not good in holdings good coins because usually they take time before they recover so it can be your lose if your emotion becomes negative.

the first time I entered and recognized the investment in crypto I experienced it, where I quickly panicked when I saw the market go down and sell it immediately. but after getting to know the market and trading further, I became more calm and patient in facing a sudden market situation.

We feel the same. Honestly I think that the true meaning of bull they are referring to is the temporary rise of a certain coin. Since I notice that its just a hyperbolic term of bullrun they are referring to. Because if you try to study deeply the market may it be stock or crypto, you can gain profit everytime if you just ride the waves and get the right time to sell instead of waiting for the promised bull crap they are stating.
