Definitely, if you are in this for a long run you should try to ignore short and mid term movements/turbulence and consequentially eliminate unnecessary stress and anxiety (which could lead to prematurely leaving the crypto scene).
True. Patience is really important in this field. With patience it can lead you to great heights. Especially in investing cause you need to keep your coins and wait for it to raise it's value to fully have profit. Patience is needed too when in bounties cause it takes time to profit in those kind of tasks.

As a matter of fact, it is very few number of noobs in the cryptocurrency business that understand the level at which patience is required and valuable in the business. I do tell my friends around me that wish to come in to the business “it’s only patience ones that would feed from the milk of a lion” . I bought some coins few weeks ago, which I decided to hold while it was dipping but I keep holding with zero fear and absolute patience. Presently, i’m In over 47% profit in all. My advice to my colleagues is all you need is buy into coins with good potential and relax even while it’s at dip. Trust me, you won’t live to regret anything if only you would be able to hold with patience. Thanks
Patience is very important, but most people ignore it, they are more afraid that crypto will disappear, and they become panic sellers.

Holding may be effective but not all the time. I do agree that patience is important but there are times when I regret that I didn't sell early because the price keep dipping until such time when the coin is just almost worthless because the developers of the coin don't inform the investors what is going on with the coin. Maybe my patience will pay off but I think this time it won't do. I just have to accept the fact that I have to sell at a loss. Patience does work most of the time though as long as you are firm with your decision.

I will say patience isn't really the key to success, it's information without information you will be far behind when others are far ahead the proper form of information tell you what kind of alt-coins to invest in and information from the right source tells you the right to invest (patience or what you want to call it).

Yes in other to thrieve in any business, trading or crypto world patience in an essential character. But patience without good research or knowledge is worthless
The same can be said about the behavior and psychology, patient can be different, if not a lot of patient can not earn, for example, if patient and relatively prone to this in any case wait for the reward.
