I really agree with your word, Patience is the key. In this case patience is the key of everything because it is very good if our patience in any case. Suppose that in holding tokens, it is indeed patience to be done in that regard. I strongly agree on this.
Hodling for a long period of time pays off most times. But panic selling kills. Instead of panic selling, it's better to hodl and wait it all out as the end pays off.
It's good idea not to waste your nerves on different stuff and just waiting for profit but sometimes character of person not allow to be calm. Patience is not for everyone unfortunatly.

As a matter of fact, it is very few number of noobs in the cryptocurrency business that understand the level at which patience is required and valuable in the business. I do tell my friends around me that wish to come in to the business “it’s only patience ones that would feed from the milk of a lion” . I bought some coins few weeks ago, which I decided to hold while it was dipping but I keep holding with zero fear and absolute patience. Presently, i’m In over 47% profit in all. My advice to my colleagues is all you need is buy into coins with good potential and relax even while it’s at dip. Trust me, you won’t live to regret anything if only you would be able to hold with patience. Thanks

I support your opinion in full. Constant monitoring of the course is unproductive. And if your crypto assets do not give you peace at night, it is better to get rid of them. In my opinion a key success in investing is calmness and a cold mind 
which is achieved thanks to a good calculation and the use of funds not from the "rainy day", which then will be useful to you, and the investment has not gone and everything, a complete collapse.

Yeah, what you have shared in this thread is very useful especially when we are dealing in our investment here in cryptocurrencies. Patiences is the best strategies in gaining to success. Like what you have said you buy more coins in a very cheap price then you hold it..
