You could also write about - "The role of Silk Road In the Rise Of Bitcoin"
And "What can you do to popularize bitcoin in your city?"
And "Villains Of Bitcoin" / "Who were responsible for the downfall of prices"
And "How not to get goxxed?"
Hope you like my ideas.

Paying 0.01-0.02 BTC for each good idea. I write articles and I need ideas to write.

Rule #1: Don't find news already written. This means going on CoinDesk or Google, or the Press section and finding something already done
Rule #2: I only pay if I use your idea. Almost all good ideas will be written about.

The point is to be unique. I'm not going to pay for something that has already been thought of.

Some examples are: "Comparison of upcoming decentralized social networks", or, "Why Faucets Aren't Worth Your Time".

An article detailing the lives of people who actually work for bitcoin instead of fiat.
Or better yet, try living exclusively with BTC as your money and blog about that.

Living off bitcoin is technically possible. I saw on a local classified ad there was a gentleman offering to do people shopping etc for payment in bitcoin. Pretty cool idea.

Well I'm a fulltime professional systems architect.  I live in an area with several bitcoin ATMs.  Many of my projects are related to bitcoin or utilize bitcoin related tech. I recently told my work to start paying me in bitcoins.  My kids christmas this year was entirely purchased by bitcoins.  So I may have been a bit biased when I mentioned it Smiley

I think there are 2 or 3 Bitcoin ATM's in NSW, Australia lol.

You can write about "What the operators of silk road 2 could have done to prevent getting caught?"
I hope there is already no article about this on the web. I just thought about this and posted here. Tell me if you like this idea.
Also how many ideas are you willing to buy? And how many ideas can each person post?

Talk about how a digital fiat can be used.

Not something like internet banking but something like a coin.

Like a specific coin for a country.

This is an original idea. I think I deserve 0.02BTC.

The Federal Election Commission's ruling on Bitcoin contribution.: http://www.fec.gov/pages/fecrecord/2014/june/ao2014-02.shtml

Points you can explore: evading contributor disclosure, impact on Libertarian candidates, impact on market when campaigns cash out their Bitcoins, etc.

How about a comparison of Geekos, Motocoin and Huntercoin.

You could talk about how bots will probably eventually be created for Geekos just like Huntercoin and Motocoin. Also, the dev (HunterMinerCrafter) mysteriously disappeared from Motocoin. I don't know if you could write about that but anyway, I hope you use my idea.

Why did you make this thread moderated . Just ignore comments you don't like.
Since you are payoing for the service, it is possible that you delete a good idea, and only let the ones you won't use stay here.

I made it moderated because people spam when I don't choose their garbage suggestions, and call me a scammer. I will never use an idea I haven't paid for.

Ignored in last thread:

What about an article on the suggested 20 MB block size that Gavin just wrote about recently?

http://gavintech.blogspot.com/

Give feedback on ideas and it would help new users. Good luck.

If you have to link an article, that means it isn't unique.

Gavin's blog isn't the same as an article.

Generally you could write an article to take technical information that is considered too technical and write it into layman's terms. This specific example is very important for the scaling of Bitcoin - but to each his own.

I'm not going to pay for something that has already been thought of.

“There is no such thing as a new idea. It is impossible. We simply take a lot of old ideas and put them into a sort of mental kaleidoscope. We give them a turn and they make new and curious combinations. We keep on turning and making new combinations indefinitely; but they are the same old pieces of colored glass that have been in use through all the ages.”
-Mark Twain
