The problem is occurring on BlockTrail's API which is not able to calculate correct input of a transaction, this is why you should try a different amount or try later.

Did you notice the last changes? Website is slightly faster than before thank to the new AJAX global stats which retrieves real-time stats only when you click "Global Stats" menu. We also coded a self made mod_deflate for Apache server which now compresses almost all data.
Now trying some 'mysqlnd' cache technique for user's stats on dashboard.
By the way I've noticed that Mozilla Firefox is 5 times faster than Chrome on loading.
