We are finally back stronger than before!
Did you notice the server's speed? The new dedicated server we bought has definitely finally satisfied our needs and we suppose our that our users are definitely satisfied too.
We expect no downtimes or lag for long time, as we promised you.
However, we have applied new withdrawal limits in order to not exceed API requests as following:
One withdrawal every 7 days for those users who own a building level 1.
One withdrawal every 3 days for those users who own a building level 2 - 10.
One withdrawal every 1 day for those users who own a building level 11 - 20.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amount are unchanged.
So what to expect in next days?
More informations related to account, referrals and buildings, community where to discuss, BTC/SAT switcher in withdrawal page, built-in password recovery and a head or tails game (gambling).
We would also like to inform you that AdSense finally approved us which is a great goal for a faucet since it's a little hard to enter it. This means that our ad revenue will be higher than usually.
We added 1x AdSense ad unit only for the moment but we will add more in next few days.
Please note that our customer support via email is not reachable at the moment because we have to setup the new STMP server yet.
Just forgive us for the recent problems, although keep in mind we are trying our best to provide you best experience possible with our services. We apologize for the inconvenience!

I posted this many moons ago which might help on the withdrawal front

Some tips for people trying to withdraw funds

1. The minimum withdrawal is 100,000 sats

2. Make sure you enter the withdrawal amount in sats not BTC

3. If it doesn't work first time, wait a few seconds and then try again

4. You have to make sure your withdrawal leaves 10,000 sats in your balance to cover the network fee - so if your balance is 200,000 sats your withdrawal has to be 190,000 sats.

5. Don't put the comma in when withdrawing so 190,000 sats becomes 190000.

6. You can only do 1 withdrawal every 24 hours!

Some of it is now out of date so I've crossed it out

Thanks it's always good to have it reminded  Cheesy

No errors, the page just refreshes. And nothing happens

Can you please try again now? I bet I've fixed it.

"An error occurred: Withdrawal attempt failed, please try again!"

Well, that's the only shit with high priority left to fix damn it.
Please try a different amount or keep trying or try later.

Ok, I'll try later

That answers the next query I had lol

3 days is fine for me. Other faucets like moonbitcoin and freebitco.in do automatic weekly withdrawals if your balance is over a certain amount - is that something you guys will be looking at?

Somehow yes but still giving some advantages to higher buildings.

Added new info in our F.A.Q. page.

I suppose that would involve locking in a bitcoin address, which from what you said way earlier wasn't something you wanted to do. You could always lock in an address for free users but give investors the opportunity to choose their withdrawal address when depositing.

FAQ
How many times can I withdraw?
If you own a building level 1 then you can withdraw every 7 days.
If you own a building level 2 - 10 then you can withdraw every 3 days.
If you own a building level 11 - 20 then you can withdraw everyday.
In this way we reduce the API callbacks and any other kind of issue / flood.

Okkkkkk!!! Admin Cool

CG admin,

You could add a sound alert when the building reach its capacity.
I think this would be a great feature!

Thank you!

Someone already suggested us that and we noted it as future update. Unfortunately we had no time to code that because had to give higher priority to other important issues.

All right!
Keep on this great job!

thanks!
