My balance become negative now, and what will happen to me if I didnt pay the negative balance on paypal?
The buyers are still able to access the twitter account but unable to make any activities, isn't it? My twitter account has the same issue as well. I think at the moment we cannot easily get rid of paypal, bank etc. They are still the most popular and dominating our life. I dreams every merchants are accepting cryptocoins one day. Then paypal and bank have to embrace crytpcoins otherwise they will die.

chargebacks are why bitcoin and altcoins are superior. Hopefully the scared sheeple will wake up and learn to use it.

Whatever it is, call PayPal up. It makes your case stand better, in my experience, if you ring them up and explain exactly what happened over the phone.
Quote the case ID and tell them the whole story. Most likely, they can't help you, but it might just make them leave you alone.

It is very unlikely that you will win the case. You will have to pay the cost and learn from the mistake.
Probably the guy in question is faking to have his account hacked so he can have his money back, and you will see him use that account later. I can smell it.

The first thing you should do now is CUT YOUR CREDIT CARD OFF PaypalThen if your balance become negative, Paypal still can't do anything stupid to you.
And he won't win the case if you have enough proofs.
