In my opinion, PayPal should explain how you have suffered from corruption before. It would be nice if people who did not have an idea about the crypto money market would not like it ...
I'm pretty sure the only person on this planet that is getting scammed by Bitcoin is the Paypal CEO himself.. He's missing out on so much more money due to peoples ability to send money person to person almost instantly using Bitcoin. So yea, I would probably call it a scam too if it cost me millions of dollars. Don't listen to this clown
It didn't come down as a surprise to me and I suppose same goes with every Bitcoin enthusiast as there's really nothing more to expect from the CEO of a competitor. That would be more or less like expecting a manager at Pepsi, to sing the praises of Coca Cola! 
It's just nonsense. They are obviously afraid of being unemployed. These kinds of people are worthless.
Bill Harris regrets so much he didn't buy into a cheap bitcoin... so he's whining and complaining now. So typical situation, I think most folks are in that situation and some people 'hate' BTC for the missing life opportunity. Real world problems

Haha of course it is a scam for him, because it is a huge competitor of paypal. Just imagine how much transactions will paypal lost if bitcoin upgrades with lightning network...
Everyone has their freedom to express their opinion. If he thinks that Bitcoin is a scam, let him be. There's always pro and anti when it comes to cryptocurrency and you cannot change their thinking base on words.

it can't be denied and i admit that in cryptocurrency there are many scam, because we are living in digital era where trust become the key of everything, we also have a group of pump and dump. But i think PayPal has many scammers than crypto they should accept it and we have more great technology.is this just business purpose or they want to make the price low so they can invest bitcoin with lowest price?

Well... PayPal sucks. Just look at their arbitrarily withheld of payments for ridiculously long times or their methods of solving disputes without even caring about any laws.

After 3 month long discussion about FUD news created by JP Morgan now Paypal is saying Bitcoin is Scam we are living in the digital age where country legalizing bitcoin it means bitcoin is legal
Bill Harris is scam person so we don't consider the PayPal CEO. Bitcoin is runs in successfully so he is said the negative feedback in 2 days ago. But no one is respond the PayPal CEO because it is worst platform and still Bitcoin is raise in the market so Bill Harris speech is waste of time. Bitcoin is always maintain the same position in Crypto market.
I want to see how can they sell at least 5% of the shares of Paypal by the market price;) and after that we'll see who has the biggest bubble)

2. George Soros last year was saying Bitcoin is a bad investment, now he's come out and said he's investing, also JP CEO making negative comments last year while creating his own coin this year.
Every one has an agenda, since when did a wealthy person decide to make a comment which impacts the masses for no gain or to be a nice guy? it always comes back to interests with these types of people.
It's far harder to create a Bitcoin than it is to print a non backed fiat note, remember fiat only has value based on our belief that it does, this is no different to cryptocurrency, you can say governments back fiat but where has that got us? Centralised currency is garbage compared to what we're dealing with here.

Whoever is saying the Bitcoin is a scam is a mad or nothing. But, is a better solution to PayPal. This is a fast transaction method worldwide. But, gradually it is synonym as a currency or the coin.
