i say really? comming from them? just because as a trader we consider clean money when it passes through paypal doesn't mean there are no fraud moneys in your platform. You are really threatened to the existence fort BTC itself coz someday it will wipe the entire service provider industry like you which abuses ordinary people like us. Atleast in BTC we didn't experience months of stranded transaction and a super high percentage fee when transfer our funds to another. Just wait till the entire cryptocurrency takeover. seriously, who cares paypal ceo’s opinion? The priority he shall take care is to minimize the fraudulent usage of credit card on PayPal. And now you can purchase altcoins through PayPal, means PayPal support you to pay for scam? I am worry about the PayPal future.

Currently I have not seen any sign of fraud in the BTC. So if there is a scam that will probably happen in the future now it is impossible to say that BTC is a scam, they are making a pretty high income for many people, so let's grab the chance if there is.

BTC is an open threat to centralized financial institutions like PayPal and that's why we are listening such news from there executive offices. Bill Harris is former CEO of PayPal and this is the article.
