PayPal sucks for eBay/Crypto transactions.

1. Your account could be locket.
2. You will loose all of the buyer disputes and loose a lot of money.

But it's OK to sell cex.io or similar vouchers.
Because BTC are allowed only as Classified Ads, and not as regular listings.

If the notarized document specified Paypal USD, then you are probably free to take the risk of accepting Credit cards through another gateway or merchant account...of coarse we already know that has extreme risk for reversed transaction fraud.

IIRC, eBay makes you put it in Classified Ads, which is a place where PayPal isn't.

So I had to sign and notarize a document stating I will not be selling any bitcoins for paypal usd but ebay allows the sale of them i'm confused on how that works?
