We have created 25 million of PYPs and we are delivering to the market 10 million in this ICO.

As we are creating a Decentralized Application where users will be enabled to participate on strategic decisions depending on the number of tokens held, we believe would be too soon to get rid of more than 51% of the decision power over the platform. For that reason, we are holding 60% of tokens.

On top of that, we might need further funding in the future and hence, that is also another reason why we hold more tokens.

A few hours ago I visited icobench.com and found PayPro listed on the link https://icobench.com/ico/paypro. Its rating is good 4.1 from 5 (Update 24 Nov) and indeed it will be a very promising project. Best of luck for PayPro

I think it's a little different, their aim are creating the first application where users can use our wallet to store tokens representing any asset and trade with them in a financial-marketplace.
