When asked reasonable questions regarding concerns of this being a ponzi scheme (for which there are several indications), their response was "contact law enforcement".
Which of course won't help much, as they hide their identity as well.

I understand, lol. I just bought 2 GHs to test, but I agree that there should be more transparency. Funnily enough, the "mined" coins are mixed.

I should also add that to have the most flexibility with your account, such as in this situation, never sign up to a wallet service that does not give you power over your own private key. In fact, most of those services aren't even meant to be used as a wallet service, but rather an exchange. Some customers use strange payout addresses, such as one with another mining service -- bad idea. Sign up with Blockchain.info or get your own Bitcoin client running. You always want full access to your private key. Also stay away from those nasty ones that like to round off your transaction amounts (ironically, the blockchain.info app for iPhone does this). Bitcoin was intended to be precise to the nearest Satoshi, IMO.. Developers who want to round off these amounts are basically limiting themselves from taking advantage of the full use of Bitcoin and what it has to offer.
Also stay away from those nasty ones that like to round off your transaction amounts (ironically, the blockchain.info app for iPhone does this). Bitcoin was intended to be precise to the nearest Satoshi, IMO.. Developers who want to round off these amounts are basically limiting themselves from taking advantage of the full use of Bitcoin and what it has to offer.
That prevention happens naturally due to this system. Just think about this -- if the seller gave full permission to change the payout address, then that action should be irreversible if he no longer controls the account. For the payout address to be switched back AGAIN would require the buyer to go through the same process of signing the BTC address with their own private key, and turning the account back over. That is why we say if you are going to sell your account and request a change of payout address, then do so at your own risk. USE AN ESCROW. We will not mediate any disputes, so selling your account is permanent. From our perspective we would simply be following the same procedure as we always have with changing passwords and addresses..

It's a free market. Keep in mind, however that escrow is recommended with something like this and PB Mining will never have anything to do with the sale or mediation of any disputes. For example, if you were to ask us "Someone wants to buy my account, now what do I do?" then that is where we step away and leave that to the buyer and seller to figure out. These deals are done at their own risk.

PB Mining will not have anything to do with the sale itself. If the original owner wants to change his payout address, sell his password, then there is nothing we can really do to stop it. I'm simply stating that we can't enforce you not to sell your account, so go ahead.
Just remember you may be required to sign a message with the private key to prove original ownership. This is done for the customers protection in case their account is hacked.If I buy it, can you ensure that the seller cannot take the account back? (With the seller proving everything)

No we are not currently set up to do this, but it's a feature we will implement in the future. We won't have anything to do with the sale itself.
