I have removed 'some' of the items I looked into because 'they' made a payment.  Now that we know who behind pbmining, I am gonna ask them to Open up more as it will stop this witchhunt that has happened today.  I also urge them to possibly engage us with future plans and be honest and frank about their financial situation.  Could we help in some way? if you want to reduce the payouts because it is not working, talk to us.  If it is just a rotating numbers website, then perhaps with the remaining money you have you can find a way of turning yourself into a true mining website and if it is, perhaps enlighten us to your mining operations.  I think time is right to be less transparent, see how GAWminers is handling the situation, they are indeed having Google Hangouts presently!  So I apologize for researching you but I cannot pretend that their others here with greater investments that may have put it all on the line and relying on it so close the xmas.

This bet will resolve to "yes" if before July 1st  2015, most or all pbmining.com customers stop receiving their weekly payments, or receive payments that are below 50% of the theoretical yield of their purchased hashrate.

I am TorukMakto, pbmining customer with more than 12.000GHS, got paid today, a little late and a little less,  transaction is confirmed.

Now, for all the "justice knights" guys like Mr.Teal, Puppet, and all the others that are scaring our ponzi admin, let me tell you this:

For all the poor souls that committed the sin of trusting a not-so-clear business in the hopes of a good return and that, in your view, where stupid enough for not investigating this pbmining enough, let me tell you that bigger and more "established" guys like MtGox where scams in the long run, there is a thing in life called RISK, life is risky.

Now in my case i was watching and experimenting with it myself and decided to step in, for what i see, this guy really cares, what i don't know if he cares for the suspected ponzi to continue for longer time of he has a real consciousness and honesty and somehow the business is sound, i found some amazing evidence in their accounts that proves that even GHASH.IO is purchasing from PBMINING, just make a taint analysis of the account where they receive the money for the sales

I has worked for me, it is working less in the past few weeks, but my message to Puppet, Mr. Teal and the others is: STOP TROLLING OUR SUCCESSFUL PONZI-SCAM-WHATEVER. You wanted people to know?, ok, people is aware now, you want to play the avenging skull?, ok, you did.

I would actually have no further problem with this guy if he came out and stopped selling contracts, and disbursed whatever he still has left proportionally to those the furthest in the hole. Your attitude is the whole reason I want to see him locked up though. The disturbing majority of people in this thread were coming out of the woodwork and screaming bloody murder when they thought he wasn't paying out anymore, but now that he is it's back to "It might not be a ponzi, maybe it is. Let's just keep it going."

it's not weird in the slightest. Jason Boyko has decided that he thinks he can convince the authorities that pbmining is legal and above board, and by keeping payouts coming (although heavily skimmed) - he can be seen to be honouring the contracts.

remember he is still heavilly in profit with all of this and can afford to keep payments going to make it look like pbmining is genuine.
