Game seems quite interesting and different from the normal games available with online casinos. The platform isn't popular, but it has got some updates at specific time interval. I explored your website a little bit and I notice in your promotion that you are offering a bitcoin cashback which has a maximum of 10$ cashback per day.
I guess it will be better if you can just drop if how many percent you are offering to your cashback so the players will know already whether they already get the maximum cashback for that day or not yet.

Since this board mostly used for gambling site with Bitcoin (BTC) service, Ithink OP need to move to the altcoin services section. What kind of promotion did you mean? I'm pretty sure they are have done several promotions^[1] in the past already and the current promotion has been shared by Ratimov above. IMO the reason why they have a lack of visibility because they merely share the promotion on their own site and this announcement thread (done by their users). When you make a bet on our site, your wager gets deducted from your private wallet with a miner fee, but that fee is really small; its usually around 0.0004 USD. When you win, your payout, which is instantly paid straight to your private wallet, also has the same amount of miner fee, which is covered by us.

And yes, only Bitcoin SV is used on Peergame currently.

I have been using Peergame for 6 months, I can answer some of your questions. When you wager there is a really small miner fees included to wager amount but this is almost like no fees. When you win it is instant payout you don't need any withdrawal or something and it is paid to directly your wallet and fees are paid by Peergame.

It is only Bitcoin SV because it is not possible to create this with other blockchains right now.

I believe up until now, they are only accepting BSV.
Actually, that's the issue of other players here as a lot don't like BSV.
And a lot of them were asking about additional currency when they launched this casino site.
But I don't think the peergame team will be adding any currency anytime soon.
