Giving out generous rewards is one of the most common thing that would surely be done on a new site like this because its understandable that they would need to attract gamblers or players

Yes, there is still little activity. Why not pay out rewards in the same bitcoin or ether as in other casinos. In the more popular, event rewards can even be paid with any coin from the possible supported on the platform, and are not limited to one coin, especially such as BSV.
I have seen the about of the casino but I predict that the casino 2.0 possible gamblers are the one who are believing in bitcoin reborn, bitcoin 2.0 or on what you want to call it.

I think they cannot fix it themselves, as speed limit is caused by a current scaling limitation in the Bitcoin SV node software.
After I used the tool mentioned in the article above to split my funds twice, I did not have any speed limit issues so far. Hope it works out for you.
