Well that just means one thing guys Roll Eyes
More investors in the future, more people taking the opportunity into crypto world and pherhaps a positive green rise of prices as we know it.
Hoping for more to come and thank god the government is thinking about using it for their own future options.

It is really interesting that at last some pension funds have wet their feet in cryptocurrency investing. Someone is going to be very happy or very pissed off in the future. What do you think of this? It is really a breakthrough for crypto as an investment?

Well, although I am happy to see some development in some areas with regards to their immersion to cryptocurrencies. I am so a little bit concerned because of the fact that pensions are usually used and reserved for future use; for when people who have worked all their lives retire, and it's generally the funding that they would use to go by in their twilight years. My fear is that if cryptocurrency won't prosper or perhaps stagnate, it would have a big impact on one pensioner's or many for that matters future. I am just hoping that there would be balance between utilizing such funds for investment and the reality that one should take good care of their pension as it would be there sustenance once they stop working.

Its not a good idea for me, maybe you could just spend 50% from it but bringing all of your pensions into crypto will certainly be a tough decisions and I'm just afraid of they'll never feel good with crypto, and it possibly will be losing all of it.
Before have a final decision, we should have to think it for many times and there is no regret after.

True . we must first consider the risk not just once or twice but many times before we make a final decision  and yes ,  we must only invest a little or invest only what you can afford to loose because cryptocurrency investments are pretty risky due to thier volatility  . the possibility of loosing is always there but you must accept it and try again harder next time  . loosing is your advanatge to make your self more familliar in the game .

bringing a pension fund to invest in the crypto world is a good step so that '' someone is very happy in the future '', but for beginners you have to do it gradually in order to predict the benefits that you can achieve, this should not be ignored and underestimated so that you do not fall into the category of "someone very angry in the future". because the crypto currency values can change fluaktif
But I will not say that is a good step, because how you will live if you use all of the pension funds in crypto? Although it's promising, we still need to think the next day, how we are going to buy or fills our daily needs if we don't have money? That is for every people who have large money and for people who want to invest in cryptocurrency. Never put all of your money in one investment only, and that is a very good suggestion.
I don't think retirees will do that, they don't understand technology, their era is not the era of technology. so they won't understand about crypto especially investing in bitcoin. You're right to use all pension funds, of course that things are risky especially if they don't have any more income? they have no backup funds

I hope they know what they doing, and im afraid they don't.
So this can end really badly for pensionees Tongue.
When you invest in Bitcoin or crypto in general you should study it hard and even then study some more. Knowledge is power and lack of knowledge could be disaster.

This will be a big risk to take for them but I'm thinking of too many insurance companies rising out there so the competition for them is also big. We cannot deny the fact that there is money in cryptocurrency, if they are fighting for the survival of their companies then why not widen their options. I'm seeing it like that but to make it happen, that would be a very brave decision for them.
Exactly.Putting your pension funds in crypto investment is really a risky one so if you have a weak mind, then you will not totally make up the risks.I think it's really a brave decision but having put only a portion of your pension funds might be a good idea too.Even if you lose in the end,it will not make you very desperate knowing you have not put all your funds into it.

Many pension funds provided by the government are already slowly going bankrupt. They only exist because there's always an influx of new people paying up. It will be enough for them to no longer be forced to pay their pension tax and they will collapse.
Pension funds have to take risks these days because the inflation is making them lose a lot of money.

I think it's great overall, that mainstream institutional investors are looking into cryptocurrencies as a viable investment option. I'm guessing in the future, the young/middle-aged people nowadays that are knowledgeable with cryptocurrencies would be even more comfortable with an investment in this sector, as long as the price of bitcoin remains the same, or shows growth.

I'm assuming that for most of these pension funds, the elderly are being influenced by their children, as I don't see a lot of 60-80-year-olds, who are unfamiliar with the internet, finding their way with crypto.

Institutional investment is never bad, right?

Earlier large number of early adopters have profited good through investing their pension funds on bitcoin. This keeps the technically skilled people the hope and the mind to invest on bitcoin even after understanding the big risk. From my knowledge I find most of the users who with a happy mind took risk are now successful in their life in one way or another.

It is a good idea if only part of your pension money goes to bitcoin, just like you said someone will be happy or will be pissed when they found out the value of their pension money decrease just because some whale dumps all his bitcoin. Anyway, IMO bitcoin will not be a wise investment for the long term saving. We all talk like bitcoin gonna be big someday, but we will never know, right?
However pension funds should be use as investment, especially in bitcoin because it is safe and good investment, as price of crypto currency is so volatile and it rise and fall very often so we can save our future by investing only small amount of money for long term which will increase and maybe if today you spend only 100 later on it will be more than 10000 after holding.

I am sure that some people use their pension funds to jump into bitcoin and they use all of the money to buy bitcoin. But I would say that it's not a good idea and I will call that is greediness because we don't know what will bitcoin do in the future. Bitcoin price itself will still fluctuate from time to time, and we cannot expect to see bitcoin can increase higher in one night, and that is impossible.

I will suggest to that person to use 50% of the total of his pension funds to invest in crypto. 30% to invest in bitcoin, and 20% in the altcoin but he needs to know how to pick the right altcoin, so he doesn't pick the wrong coins for the investment. I am sure that he can found the best coin and he can be able to make a big profit for a long-term investment.
Positive or negative idea? It much depends on every people. If I were in such a situation like that, i mean that i’m old enough to get pension, definitely I would invest in cryptocurrency but just a portion of it, yep 50% of the pension is okay. Inherently at that time I probably have knowledge, experience, ability and that sort of thing to invest in crypto. The most important things that I get concerned is my health, if it’s good, yep definitely I will. When one is getting older, he tends to find something interesting to focus, and with me maybe I will use my pension to invest in crypto, and maybe this will lead my life better and get rid of boring anyway.

I think this is a good idea. Because when the time that I am get old and I got my pension fund I want to get my personal business and I think all of us will like that. It is a good idea and investment when you are have enough idea to tmdo this kind of business because it is very risky and when you have not enough knowledge you may loss all your pension that you work hard for so many years.

Well.. I expect that national reserves to be composed at least in a small part of Bitcoin and/or other cryptocurrencies in the close future. So why wouldn't pension funds take the first step and invest in them? This is a great thing and I would say - a natural progress to the adoption of crypto.
Those funds usually put into different investment and choosing cryptocurrency as one of the investment is indeed a good decision. Its now or never, they will adopt or not its really a choice. The government can’t stop this anyway so for sure they will have own cryptocurrency in the future.

Hello =)
Bitcoin is just a store of value so it is no surprise to me to see that people are using it for pension funds. I think in the future Individual Retirement Accounts and 401k's will give us investors the power to store Bitcoin as well. I think the blockchain is a great innovation and pension funds all over the planet will have numerous options when it comes to security, transfer, ownership and auditing of securities and investment accounts.
