No matter what platform we have, fiats, or crypto there will be people that will do illegal acts just to get ahead with others. In my point of view, even if we blame them for a reason that we've been scammed or tricked, nothing will happen as crypto is allowing as to be free and to transact free. In order to avoid this, one should be knowledgeable in managing their funds no matter if it is crypto or not. There will nothing to be blame if in the first place we know how to keep away from these scenarios.

I think falling in the fraud hole is also a lesson for the newbie to be more careful going forward. I also think they have done research beforehand but they are still affected by scams. Because scammers always improvise for the sake of their agenda.
Everyone suggests doing a series of research before plunging in, but in fact, many newbies don't know how to do the research, what are the conditions that must be met if it is a legit project.

i would say its both, tho its true that in crypto due diligence is super important
The way our society has been with the banks making all the financial decisions for people, has left them helpless to make their own it seems
its well known HYIP #'s like 1% daily are laughably unsustainable, but sadly the newer users don't know that Sad

Many people still blame with scammer always ask him to invest with incorrect website link, they do not know with fake proof payment giving by scammer and ask them for investing, looking with the reality where giving several percent profit each month without have working anymore I think is the way how become scam project and fake investment, you have tell your family and your friend with scam investment project.

We have our mind for us to know the legit one and what is scam, we do have a lot of ways to check and conduct investigation, so for us to be able to know what is real and not, we should do our best for it, as we are the one handling our own path, so if you got scam and victim of it, you are the one that should be blame and not scammers.

You have a point in that .In fact, it is really the fault of the people thats why they got scam They do not study an investment first before entering or investing thier money.
Crypto is just a tool use to get fund but the people who own a money they cancontrol thier self if they want to invest or not.

They are indeed but depending on the circumstances specially if they are new comers 'cause that is given that they lack of knowledge about frauds and click bait site over the internet. We cannot as well eradicate those unlawful frauds what must be done is to spread infos about such thing but the problem is sometimes people are too dumb and disregards those helpful infos. I believe that knowledge itself would be the key for frauds and click bait sites to not be spread anymore.

People are actually responsible for why they repeatedly fall prey to hyips and pyramids! This is because of their laziness or their willingness to earn more even though they know that investing in it is risky. So they are easily fooled, So we should avoid this practice because it sounds like gambling too,

So that we are not able to persuade other newcomers who are unaware of this invesment.

Yes we can blame because they not study well where they got scam or hack still for sure they don't knowledgeable about that situation

Then i think it depends really on people minds or I.Q like if they can handle the investment things and more here crypto world another thing scam or hack here are really given that can happen because the scammer and hacker will really grab the chance here like to scam or hack

Many new investors have sprung up but are not matched with enough knowledge about Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and things that are prohibited and which need to be avoided.

They only prioritize profits and join projects that are recommended by a group of people or their own communities. More research and learning is needed.

If they are deceived by scammers, they will make a statement that many projects are fake, but do not introspect. Learn more about Cryptocurrency and blockchain knowledge so you don't fall into the same hole.

We must avoid to being greedy if there are some peoples or projects offering huge amount of profits.
With this way, we should more careful every time we want to use our money to investing.
Research and learn about the project will take time, unlike HYIP and pyramid scheme which promise quick profit.
