Yes I am big fan of ethereum and I am quite optimistic about ethereum growth this year. Ethereum is the best and high potential altcoin. In the current market scenario I see large number of people have a positive attitude towards ethereum because of upcoming hardfork updates of ethereum that's why we notice buying in eth is increased. I believe this time ethereum gives good profit to their holders who bought at bottom.
Its the feature that ethereum provides which has provoked the growth of it. Every coin has a different use and functionality, ethereum also has various purpose for which people are using it. If you are taking about the recent growth and recovering it position (second), then the main cause behind it might be the upcoming forks. People are piling up their Ethereum to get some free forked coins.
I can tell you my little theory about Ethereum. As I noticed a very large number of people have a positive attitude to Ethereum ! Even there are fans ! Let's imagine that the ascent movement begins and specifically the bullish trend ! I'm almost 100% sure that people will have a hard time parting with the coin that will lead to a new historical maximum, but of course after a series of updates to the network that integrates the development team in the near future and so on.

I see no reason not to take an interest in ethereum. Almost 90 percent of all tokens that are issued on its platform are associated with this coin. Not really, but any tokens that I can end up in ethereum in exchange and that always. I am a fan of short-term trading and I think Ethereum will not promise big profits because prices in the dollar are still quite high

Maybe I am not a fan of the faithful of the ethereum. However I quite like when altcoin is experiencing rising prices because this would be enough to have an influence on another altcoin. I am not a fans of ethereum but believe ethereum is good coin and believe ethereum can compete with bitcoin in near future. With most token in market using ethereum network, ethereum coin always needed for paying transaction fee and i am believe ethereum can survive for long term. Its good investment and i think its good time for buying ethereum after suffering price drop more than 90%
