There are many people who still don't know about bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. I don't know about others I am talking about my country and about my society. Whenever I ask from people about or talk about the Bitcoin. They ask what is this?

How much there is who face this problem?

You shouldnt be surprised since crypto or bitcoin isnt still on full adoption scale which means not everyone is really aware into its existence thats why when you do ask
or do tell about it then its not new that they would really be neither having those reaction.

Adoption is still on the move and lets be patient that everyone would really be aware of it one day but now we are still on the process on where its normal that
there would be still lots which doesnt know about Bitcoin.

Consider yourself lucky on knowing bitcoin ahead of theirs yet you would able to get the benefits of it compared to them.

The term Bitcoin is a very familiar one to many individuals, especially amongst the youths but surprisingly, not many of them know what bitcoin really is. They just settle with the fact that it is a cryptocurrency which makes it valuable and that's it. It doesn't interest them or are not a bit curious as to knowing how it came to be or how it works. I guess it's an individual thing as most persons are just more okay with the physical things, things they could actually see, touch feel and can quantify rather more accurately. But then, they forget that it pays to have knowledge and knowledge is power they say.

Even bitcoin, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency has already been recognized globally, it doesn't mean a lot of people knows about it because not all people are into investment. We can also compare it in famous hollywood actor and actresses that it doesn't mean they have been appearing in the movies, people already know about them. But don't you worry bitcoin is continuously increasing it's users day by day because of mass adoption that in the near future bitcoin's price will be tremendously more valuable than ever.

I think, that's not astounding, indeed in spite of the fact that the community of bitcoin is presently greater than some time recently, there are still a few individuals who do not know things almost crypto, to begin with of all, cryptocurrency isn't a portion of the program in school, so there's no way to memorize around it unless you investigate the web and discover things around it. The moment is that not all nations have a steady web association so it would be a huge battle for them to get to the cryptocurrency.
I can surprise you now that there are highly rated universities and colleges taking the course of blockchain and cryptocurrencies as a study, but not in all the region of the world, research has shown that Africa is less aware of bitcoin and her usage.
Yes of course, the usage of web is not very active and used in some country so that would affect them in searching for the usage of bitcoin, but I'm sure in the future, it gonna be all round to every corner.
You can check in this thread for colleges offering blockchain as courses.
Institutions offering blockchain courses and programs in the world.

The easy way to spread out the knowledge about the bitcoin is to introduce it as subject in class, by introduce it to secondary school senior level, which it can be go round the community, by creating awareness to the parents and guidance.
It is the best idea on how you can easily spread the knowledge the question is are schools willing to accept this in to the society which is really hard to believed that you can earn from it many people are got scammed by ponzi scheme sites where promising double their money within a few days, And many parents wouldn't enroll their children for this if that's their experience already, If someone has the courage to introduce it and will be implemented as a subject in school many people will have a good future by using bitcoin.

Most people on planet Earth are aware of Bitcoin.  There was a lot of hype in 2017.

Many people own bitcoins but hide this fact.  They are afraid of robbery.  In many countries, cryptocurrency holders are not protected by law.  Cryptocurrencies are in the gray area.

This is one of the reasons why bitcoin did not become people's money.  There are currently few people who want to become evangelicals, people who will talk about bitcoin and educate newbies.

Institutional investors are currently buying Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is the future reserve currency.  Currency of large corporations and individual states.
Yes, I think bitcoin users continue to grow and develop well because slowly people realize that bitcoin is the best and most profitable new investment method.
most likely they are hiding in owning bitcoin or cryptocurrency for fear of being hacked or simply lost, moreover, they are still afraid of the government that still can't legalize it and many other reasons.

Its true. Despite the trend and popularity of bitcoin all over the world, there are still a lot of people who didn't know about it or never heard anything about cryptocurrencies. And we should understand that each peoples location/places are highly considered in Crypto Industry. Meaning, those who are living in the City, are more digitalized and much tech savvy people so its 50-90% of them probably learned and uses bitcoins...and those who are living in some remote areas or isolated places with slow internet signal or no access to the technology at all, are definitely the people who never heard crypto currencies or any digital payment methods for they keep on using their traditional fund management and payment system. In addition to that, I can also see that those elderly people in the society, conservative and not so techy individuals are those who raised one eyebrow when I began to talk and introduce bitcoins and other digital currencies. And we should respect and understand them, their views and ways of earning are mostly in physical manpower system as well as managing their funds and payments and they don't have enough time to learn about bitcoins unless they are much interested to learn more about it.

This is possible; there are over a billion people in the world; and if some fractions don't know about bitcoin; it means no harm. d you know that not everyone uses the local banking services that we have available to everyone? Also, the blockchain does not need everyone to be informed about it; we just need atleast 40% of the world population to effectively use bitcoin and aid the global adoption.

I think there are still a lot of people who know about Bitcoin, but I think the current concern is what kind of role bitcoin will play in global financial products, which determines how people in the future will recognize and treat it
Statistics of all total number of active Bitcoin wallet shows that only 2% of the world population use Bitcoin and this shows that 1/4 of the population are aware of Bitcoin existence. However, judging by the rate of poverty and the numbers of people who don't have access to the internet i can completely say people are not aware of Bitcoin existence and this is the reason why we need to government to support crypto, provide electricity and affordable Internet to people in the rural region but for people in a city like where OP reside is our duty to make them know the benefit of Bitcoin.

There are a lot of people in my community who don't know what Bitcoin is and what it serves, they sometimes take it as an online scam project which is predicted by them to crash someday like MLM businesses online. I have tried by all means to educate the few I can about Bitcoin and what it is truly used for and how it works to save our economy from the fraudulent banking institutions. Sometimes people are actually educated and clueless, you can't utterly blame them.
It is a kind of misconception because they don't know yet about Bitcoin and for sure they even experience being scammed.
Usually, people that heard about scams will affect all online opportunities not even to bother asking the cause. Anyway, these people never meant for crypto, their mind is already been programmed to think that Bitcoin is just a scam scheme, we can't either push them but only to give hope that they will realize soon that they are wrong and change their mindset.

Bitcoin is new and many people did not know what is bitcoin and how it works because not all them are interested to the technology or they did not using internet everyday or they did not access to the internet connection so they did not what is happening to the online world.

But do not be worry because I believe someday after few many years the population of the bitcoin user will grow and it will use it in the different store and anything but now we can spread the good news of having bitcoin in our life because we earn money and the transaction is easy by using this.

Though Bitcoin seems popular lately especially now that it is making a great entrance. However, there are still tons of people who heard it already but they didn't know how it works. Even venturing on it without have prior knowledge. They usually ask what is this and once they heard that there will be a profit on it they will recklessly invest. I think for people to fully understand the whole system, there must be a highly influential person who will introduce it to them or much better if it will be their own government. Public promulgation would be the key.

it is Financial freedom,The whole concept of Bitcoin is to Let people have their Currency without the interference of third party in which causes the value dependent in the state while we as human can circulate and manage our own Money.

Maybe there are some things that must need to clarify and revised but the whole Idea of satoshi regarding this is the best for people to have power over their assets.

Don't expect that every around you would know about it we all have different hobbies and interest so they might not care about it.
It isn't surprising at all specially to the old and not interested to technology.
Even if I am well known crypto earner in my group of friends some of my family member still doesn't know about Bitcoin and crypto.
I don't expect anyone around me or even in my neighborhood to know about it since not everyone would have the same information that you have.

How much there is who face this problem?

3rd world countries and old generations that are born in 70's below will always face this problem. We can't blame the 3rd world countries because not all people are updated or can afford to have the latest technology or trend. Meanwhile, old generations will always prefer what they've been used to and that is traditional fiat.
It's just funny to think that this pandemic triggered the use of cashless payment and here in our country more people now are interested in bitcoin.

As long as there are people who keep on using cryptocurrencies for an unpleasant way of transactions, the reputations of the cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin will be hard to build. But as what I am seeing now, even financial institutions are being aware of cryptocurrencies and becoming interested on it. Thus, they are striving to climb up their way to impose regulations and to adopt to this new technology that could change the future of transactions. When I am telling my friends about it, they are first saying that it was a scam or they will just lose their money, but upon seeing the improvement of the market, they are now the one that is trying to reach out in order to learn which I think is good. It is an indication of a new market adoption as they already see the opportunity from Bitcoin as a tool not just for investment but also for transactions.

I can just make an interesting observation in my living environment again. Very few people were interested in Bitcoin, until 2017 came when many suddenly bought Bitcoin at inflated prices. Then came the crash, everyone cursed Bitcoin as the devil's stuff and scam. Then they weren't interested in Bitcoin at all for three years, and suddenly these people are talking about buying Bitcoin again Smiley
Human nature.
They love good things but hate the bad sides one .
Well nothing run smoothly in good way all the time right? There must be an obstacle and they are skipping it out and meet it again now.
People will fully understand about bitcoin when they thinks it is really needed.
And toay is the day where it is pretty hard getting a job, starting a business but there is a door openly wide to invest some money in growing asset like bitcoin.
They did it without realizing there is a huge risk in it , we'll see later if something bad happened lol.
