Support answered but I still can not withdraw my BTC.
I have screenshots. And I provided my real documents to support. That's why I really don't know what is the problem to let me withdraw coins.

Here on Bitcointalk (if I'm not mistaken) there was a customer, whos money got stuck for several years. And all that time he was tryinf to pass Freewallet KYC.

Well, I still hope that my problem will be resolved. But I hope no one else will be using this wallet. It's probably the only service in which you cannot import your keys
I sincerely hope taht youll get your money back.
But first thing you should do now is to make as mane screenshots as possible. You nedd proves that you have coins on your wallet and that you are trying to pass verification and communicating with Freewallet administration. Otherwise there is a possibility that your history will be cleared.
Also, start to prepare official crime report to the police.
And please, help us to protect other people from this scam by signing our petition and publishing reviews about Freewallet.
But firstly, take care of your money - make screenshots and prepare a report.

I realize that I probably was scammed. I have 0.027 BTC on my wallet and I can't withdraw coins

Unfortunately, your guess is right you may create your own accusation or post all the information relevant information here like when and how it happens, and screenshots of your balance and you may collaborate with OP on the petition to investigate Freewallet, the forum did not lack warning to all Bitcoin holder to check the kind of wallet that's you're going to use.
I'm not blaming you but you can help others by sharing your bad experience with newbies and those who are not aware of Freewallet's status.

I had a worse experience on Reddit they are very strict if you post in on subreddit where the moderators and the creator of the group are pro or even paid promoters of Freewallet

That's what I also think. Made some posts there in specific communities, dedicated either to crypto or to scam questions. And somewhere my posts weren't allowed while other people could simply post their complaints about other wallets but not Freewallet.
Also, Freewallet team is very active in trying to pretend they are solving all issues. As soon as you post there any bad reviews, they make an answer like "please provide your ticket number". That's a nice trick to confuse new customers: they see that clients issues aren't ignored by administration, and often don't wait till those issues will be actually RESOLVED.

So why not mention domains that you have there that are dedicated to exposing Frewallet.org activities, please explain what you mean by working to delete reviews against Freewallet, are you saying that they are paying the platform with negative feedback, you have to name these reviews platforms apart from Trustpilot there should be exposed for lack of fairness because Freewallet.org has many reports of scamming here in Bitcointalk.
You can be sure that those reports here in Bitointalk will not be deleted because they cannot bribe the people here.

Of course I didnt mean bitcointalk. Here they don't have any power to delete reviews.
But for example on their Reddit community my question with the link to a thread with one of the freshest complaint was deleted.
But mainly I was talking about their attempts to delete our websites on which lots of reviews (or better to say screenshots of the reviews) were published.

P.S. If we talk about bribes, I'd like to say I have an opinion, that UK police is something like covering up Freewallet. Here is explanation. But that's another thread actually

Are you the owner of this website based on Whois it is registered and hosted in Russia
https://www.whois.com/whois/freewalletreviews.org Why not transfer both the domain and the host outside of Russia as you mentioned one of its owners comes from Russia one of the owners may have cast his influence to block the domain you can try Namecheap or Name.com if you can I'm sure you have a backup of the site.

Thanks. We have enough domains, including namecheap. And enough places to host info, either in Europe or in other regions. So that's not a great deal. But it shows that Freewallet administration is working a lot to delete real reviews.

We keep working to bring fraudsters to justice. Unfortunately, Freewallet owners are trying their best to prevent this. Another fake complaint from them resulted in another domain being blocked, https://freewalletreviews.org/

If this wallet worked honestly, they would easily refute all the accusations we published. For example, we would show screenshots confirming the return of money to all those people whose complaints we publish. But the scammers have taken a different route; they are trying to hide materials that incriminate them. It’s a stupid attempt, because there are more and more such reviews anyway.

We keep collecting signatures for our petition to investigate Freewallet owners crimes.
We also would ask everyone to share the reviews because not all users visit forums before downloading their crypto wallets!

it's such a pity that their victims will have no alternative means to claim back their stolen asset from them but we can always prevent any reoccurrence with them with newbies having encounters with them anytime,

Well there is a possibility to get stolen money back. I'm in contact with some people who didn't allow to publish their personal data so I can't show screenshots. But they are planning to send official crime reports and there is possibility that owners of Freewallet scam live in those countries. If it's true then there is a chanse to get official investigation going on.
Right now the main problem is that some victims may live for example in India or Brasil and their police woldn't be interested in starting investigation, because Freewallet scam owners are probably in Russia/UK/Portugal. So that iv there are victims from those 3 countries it would be incredibly importatn to ask them to fill such reports.

Hi everyone!
On this forum there are lots of posts about Freewallet org, which is often called as a great SCAM project.

Several days ago, on 08/02/2023 I made an official crime report to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (UK authority which investigates online scam and fraud crimes). My report was registrated by number NFRC230806087223.

I created online petition with an appeal to the NFIB to investigate the fraudulent activities of Freewallet owners

Thanks for these bold steps taken to join in the fight against such corruption and scam they have been doing thinking in their own minds that they are smart, it's such a pity that their victims will have no alternative means to claim back their stolen asset from them but we can always prevent any reoccurrence with them with newbies having encounters with them anytime, i know they may also be planning further possible attacks on those who wouldn't have known about their past evils but this will serve a strong warning to let others know who they are.

Have you ever thought about real Freewallet org owners?
We made a special investigation to find some info.
Check it here: https://freewalletreviews.org/who-is-behind-the-biggest-cryptocurrency-scams-of-2023/

I can tell even more, Cryptopay and Freewallet are two of the largest fraudulent projects on the cryptocurrency market. And as it turned out, the same people are behind both services.

Regardless of the directions in which you go, we all still hope that you will succeed in encouraging the authorities to act on this issue.

Thanks a lot for your support!
Well, of cource the optimal way would be to help victims to make official reports and claims. And we are ready to provide such help for free. But there are a lot of people who lost not much, for example $50. And they probably won't waste their time filling the appeals. So it's rather hard to find victims who are ready to "keep fighting"

I'm not saying that what you wrote doesn't make sense, although I was convinced that you somehow want to create pressure on the authorities by showing them specific victims who have evidence that something bad happened to them because they used that service. The weight of their statements with evidence is far greater than the opinion of some people who, considering everything that has happened in the past years when it comes to that service, suspect that this company is doing something that is against the law.

Regardless of the directions in which you go, we all still hope that you will succeed in encouraging the authorities to act on this issue.

If you are not one of the victims, then there is no point in signing the petition, because the point is that those who have lost their funds using this wallet come forward and in this way try to encourage all those state agencies to finally take action in this case.

I can't agree with this opinion. If a person itself is a victim, it's more efficiently to make an official crime report. This is the only way to get your assets back. But in crypto community there are many people with active position who are tired of different scammers but didn't lose money (yet). And those people can't send an appeal or abuse since they are not crime investigation subjects. At the same time by signing a petition you show, that this question is important. And when government authorities find this petition (and they do cause we send to them all links, including even lnks to this topics), they think "ok, so ot's not only one victim, there may be lot's of them. Maybe we should pay more attention to this issue cause there is too much public activity around this issue". That's why we reccommend this "algorythm" of fighting against Freewallet
