I was thinking about this over the last week and if they do screw their customers (more than they have already) the best thing Mark can do is get himself arrested by confessing everything. Mark does not strike me as a man that will do well in prison let alone on the run but If he runs I doubt his number one fear will be the police.

The man surely must sense the danger he could be in if he is not 100% legit.

This is not a personal threat against mark, just an observation of a dangerous situation he might one day be in. I wish him good health and good luck getting Gox back up and running.

LMAO... I too agree that hes not the prison or on the run type of guy. But he does have mega millions worth of BTC stashed away and with that kind of money running could be fruitful.
