Look guys like yourself and a few others on this thread don't understand. We moderate for free, part time, and receive no compensation for it. The fact we ban those for rules abuse should tell you something about yourselves and not the way we moderate. As far as I can tell all of you complainers either had multiple bans for consistent and constant breaking of the rules... or you have long term bans for threatening the site or disregard for any sticking of the rules. You hope writing these things on a forum of a completely different site shows your immaturity and somewhat selfish ways. Most people who get banned apologise and do not break the rules again, you guys are much different. As pointed on on multiple occasions the btc-e site is a business and not a free public service. If you do not like how it is governed either complain officially or dont say anything at all. All Im saying is take a step back and think how you could lower your rule breaking.

I will agree that at times Koolio can be a raging douche but he can only ban you from the chat box, which shouldn't interfere with any business you do on btc-e.com unless your business is chatting your life away.

My only comment would be that sometimes he seems like a bad father, coming home drunk and slaps his kids about a bit to make up for all the punishment that he should have meted out during the day :p

Ie. people get away with racism, swearing, manipulation etc. and then suddenly Koolio will show up and ban the last person he saw say "LOL".

It's great. It's like being back at school.

BTCe has no credibility whatsoever.

Edit: paid a bit more attention. He (you, if you read this Koolio), slaps down anyone with anything critical to say of Feathercoin but no others.

This makes me really very wary. Once LTC is on Gox I'll be glad to say goodbye to BTCe forever.

I believe that I read enough that your banning/moderating service is a bit patchy... instead of banning spam bots, people engaged in serious conversations get banned too. Additionally, you yourself spam the trollbox.

Additionally, the length of the ban you give is exponentially proportional to the number of hard drinks you had, divided by the pot you smoked.

When 4 people will say the same thing over and over, you decide to ban one of them... on what rules?

Simply, being a mod anywhere almost universally excludes interfering with trades of other people, which you not only did not avoid, but simply allowed some of the worst offending spam bots to fluorish. Now you wonder why people have conspiracy theories against you?

Ok so your claimed research has pulled s little miswording that i appologised for, but really come on you are actually throwing false accussations around. You should be leaving it down to the customer to determine whether I can be trusted or if Im a scammer but you are actually projecting me as a scammer for no reason, ACTUALLY NO REASON! Well this is a very interesting thread....

Not that I feel I need to defend myself... its understandable that pretty much all the guys supporting this thread were banned for a very long time by me or other mods on the basis of racism, fud, or straight out spam.

So lets see, as a moderator I do consistently tell those I am a customer just like any other with no other privileges aside from banning. I feel I do the banning fairly and if anyone has issues with this then you shouldn't have done whatever it is you did to get banned.

Now the OP states I lied.... well please show me these 'lies'.

Secondly I made a personal gain?... again if for some silly reason you can see my trades please provide evidence.

and thirdly as others have raised, if you listen to anything in the chat box and make reasons to trade based on this... you are at fault, and clearly do not have the intellect to do trading.

If the ban is bad you contact the BTC-e Admin. Mods can't undo bans, they don't have the permissions.
