The new beta version is ready. You can download PhoenixMiner 5.0b from here:

(MEGA links are no longer active)

If you want to check the integrity of the downloaded file, please use the following hashes (you need the last file PhoenixMiner_NVRTC_Windows.zip only if you want to mine BCI with Nvdia cards under Windows):

The new features in this release are:

  • Added support for mining with 4 GB AMD cards beyond the DAG epoch 350. Depending on the OS and driver versions, you will be able to use 4 GB AMD cards until epoch 372-373 under Windows, and 380 under Linux.
  • Added new -dagrestart command-line option to work around the problems with DAG allocation on 4 GB AMD cards under some driver versions. See Readme.txt for more information.
  • Added support for latest AMD drivers 20.4.2 under Windows and 20.10-1048554 under Linux
  • Many other small improvements and fixes

Please let us know if you have any problems or questions related to PhoenixMiner 5.0b.

Please add SO_REUSEPORT to your mining client as it is problematic when it crashes or restarts. Thank you.

Good morning to everybody

I have modified the original bios of my Gigabyte 5700XT, only copying the value of the VRAM that appeared in the 1550 field in the rest of the fields. I have flashed that BIOS and now I get 56/57 MHS with a consumption of 123W.

I am a newbie to AMD and I ask for help, how can I modify the BIOS to obtain less electricity consumption? Is there a way to reach 61Mhs as I have seen in some Internet video?

I have no AMD experience, I have never modified BIOS, can I download a Bios Mod for my card from somewhere?

Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.

may i know what Mh/s with default bios 5700XT,

please tell us b4 and after mh/s

because i'm planning to buy this card but i will never flash bios
If you don't flash bios you will get only 53 instead of 56. It is absolutely safe to flash your bios.

i just did one before 1 hour my gpu in msi afterburner got 0 and crash blue screen etc..

i backup my bios already and back work fine
to hard to find bios Lmao but i will see again how

so just need one help here . i have x3 580 will one bios work for all or each ?

i will not do it again thanks god no lose the 580,

You'd better save all 3 Bios images for later backup.

Hi. I'm using PhoenixMiner to try to mine some Ethereum, and I am not sure if I have it set up correctly....been tracking my ethereum wallet and mining for the last 8 hours, but see no change? can someone help me?

In the config file I have the ethereum pool url, then -wal (My wallet) but it never seems to move anything...

depending on what pool you are using... there is likely a threshold that has to be mined before it is deposited into your wallet i.e. .05 or .1 Eth.  So if you have not meet that threshold yet, it will remain at the pool until it is.

Example:  I mine at ethermine.org and my threshold is set for 0.1 eth before it is deposited into my wallet.  With my current set up that usually takes close to 52 hours before I see 0.1 eth depostited

are you sure ?

in settings
Payment threshold in Ether (Min: 0.05 Ether, Max: 10 Ether ). Max one payout every 24 hours.  Payout Policy
0.05

Where can I check this? I only have the .bat file running. I can try to look there?

My Command line is as such: -pool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -pool2 us2.ethermine.org:4444 -wal (Wallet link) -proto 3

Does that look right?

Edit 2:
I was able to check progress on ethmine.org...guess I need to get a mininum of .05 before it transfers.

I'm used this command

Code:
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool ssl://eu1.ethermine.org:5555 -pool2 ssl://asia1.ethermine.org:4444 -wal 0x4a3a28f53371a8c6b3e669556877119300716722c.Rig001 -proto 3

as i know SSL better ( more safe ) you have to change EU to US and asia to US and your wallet and work name and go ahead with 5555 SSL port

Yeah thats correct.  You have to meet their minimum threshold of 0.05 before its transferred to your wallet.
