I'm trying to mine ubq via simple mining OS. There we have got PhoenixMiner 4.0a version not b. I'm receiving rejected shares form my pool. Heres config my config

-pool stratum2+tcp://eu2.ubiqpool.io:8008  -wal (addresshere) -coin ubq  Any ideas? Is a version able to mine UBQ?

Please add Yocoin for devfee to avoid switching DAGs.

Thank you!

ever since 4.0b I have been having one hell of a time with my AMD rig.
I use Minerstat OS (linux based) and when they update a client its only that version available.
ever since 4.0b I have had "newer" cards have issues with stability and the OC/UV settings. I have RX 470/570/480's and the only ones I can get to work fine are 2 older 470 mining 4gb and 1 570 4gb. all the newer 570 gaming x, 480's and brand new 470 mining 8gb models all perform erratic and at low hashrate. the -altinit helps on the brand new 470 8gb models to get from 26ish mh to 29's but my OC/ UV settings are all off i cant push it nearly as far as i used to or as I can on a windows unit with 1 card. even on my windows test bench I have erratic behavior and messed up OC/UV on some cards, but not on others.

green kernels makes the new 470 8gb cards start off good but then plummet to 12ish mh. while the older 2- 470 and 1- 570 continue in the 29's..
nothing makes sense and I cant seem to get a single stable and repeatable group of settings together. what works once doesnt work again after a reboot.

before all this I had 4 cards running smoothly and with great OC/UV settings 1 card being a 480 8gb that now I have issues with.

is there something that Im missing? something that I should be trying? ive been messing with the optimized kernels but again I cant seem to find a stable repeatable situation.

thank you for any help

oh and I randomly get the "fatal error debugger detected" error some times it takes a couple reboots to clear it other times its fine

I use phoenixminer 4.0b and right now I can't mine ETH with 3GB of VRAM (GTX 1060) on Windows 7 anymore. I'm going to switch to Ubuntu 16.04 immediately.

That will just give you 2 more months...why not immediately switch to something else?

2 months is enough to sell those gpus and replace it with a bigger vram.  Grin
Thankfully I only have 2 1060 3gb I'm either going to sell and upgrade or maybe buy some more to add to the 2 and mine something else

Claymore also crashes. In afterburner also disappears stat info. I`ve also trying to install latest nVidia Drivers and Phoenix Miner but it also doesn`t helped.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Trying to use this Phoenixminer with 106-100 6gb cards.
When it starts to mine dev fee ssl, there is an error: "Allocating buffers failed with: clCreateBuffer (-61)." And miner hangs...
Is there possibility to switch off dev fee, maybe with hashrate drop? Is there an option like -nofee in claymore?

For me the best driver so far without any problem is the 18.6.2 Radeon, I tried the latest but my pc crashes after I applied the dag patcher, it is impossible to run all my cards (all are moded) without the dag patcher, seems the latest driver has a problem with dag patcher.

I've already switched my 3 Gb cards to other algo. They aren't working from today with such a big DAG file while Ethereum mining.
So there is no issue for 3Gb cards for ethereum? Only other coins and algos?
Yes, only other coins. Also I tried this miner with latest Adrenalin drivers (18.12.2-Dec12) - unfortunately there is no control of fans.

So it's not possible to set -coin for devfee other that is mined?
I can't mine YOC and set "-coin ella" for dev fee?
No, it is absolutely possible to mine YOC and set ella for devfee coin, but you have to do it in the epools.txt if your pools are specified in epools.txt. Also, in such case you are better off selecting a DBIX (add -coin dbix in the command-line/config.txt, and COIN: dbix in the epools.txt) for example because it is only at DAG epoch 17 and has much smaller DAG than Ella (DAG epoch 95):

Code:
POOL: YourYOCPool, WALLET: MyWallet, WORKER: MyWorkerName, PSW: x, COIN: dbix

Just build a six GPU rig.
But when I run start.bat
The program try s to load 12 gpu's.
And then shuts down, because of the pagefile.
You have two sets of OpenCL drivers (one remaining from pre-18.10 drivers, and other from the 18.10, 18.11, or 18.12 drivers). The proper way to fix this is to use DDU to remove all AMD drivers then install the preferred driver. The quick and dirty way is to add -gpus 2,4,6,8,10,12 to your command line and ignore the "ghosts" of your cards.

Added Extra config arguments: -coin ella
But it not helped... Miner still trying to switch to ethereum for dev fee:
Code:
GPU1: Allocating DAG (2.80) GB; good for epoch up to #230
GPU1: Allocating buffers failed with: clCreateBuffer (-61).
The -coin command line option affects only the pool that is specified by -pool in the command line or in the config.txt file. For the pools in epools.txt, you have to specify the coin for each pool (usually PhoenixMiner is pretty good at detecting the current coin but since it fails in your case you must do it).

In hiveos there usually is a template epools.txt file, where you should add the COIN: parameter:

Code:
POOL: pool.ellaism.org:8008, WALLET: MyWallet, WORKER: MyWorkerName, PSW: x, COIN: ella

If you have successfully set the coin parameter for the pool, you should see "Mining ELLA on ...." (the host address of the pool) message on the PhoenixMiner console. If the problem persists, please let us know which Ella pool you are using as we have tested with all major Ella pools and the coin auto-detection seems to work fine.

nice dirty way , -gpus 2468 worked
There may be a problem for using this way ?

and , thanks PhoenixMiner is the best :X  Grin
No problem as it seems that both drivers are properly recognized. If one of them wasn't not recognized, you would get a yellow warning message about it in the first 30 seconds after starting the miner and your hashrate/stability may suffer.

can you tell me .. its better have amd driver with open CL 2.1 ? or 2.0 ? thanks
There is no difference as far as mining goes.

Use "-coin ella" command...you'll force miner to mine ella as devfee instead ETH, avoiding problem with big DAG,
and you'll also spare some time for creating new DAG
Added Extra config arguments: -coin ella

Code:
GPU1: Allocating DAG (2.80) GB; good for epoch up to #230
GPU1: Allocating buffers failed with: clCreateBuffer (-61).

Hiveos have link miner config. if there are -allpools 1 ,this enables all pools for dev fee mining.
