The Executive Director is the chief executive who presides over all areas of the coop, he is finally responsible to all stakeholders, governmental agencies, and site members.  

The Deputy Director is in charge when the Executive Director is on vacation, is incapacitated, or is so directed by the Executive Director.  

The Assistant Director is primarily tasked to assist the Executive Director and the Deputy Director however at times he may also serve other directors as the need arises.

The Finance Director/ Auditor is responsible for all financial record keeping, filings, reporting, accounts, taxes, etc. .

The Content Director is responsible for everything seen on the site, his primary focus is to make sure the site has very many highly attractive campaigns, he should also work closely with Tech to make sure the the site is user friendly, secure, and robust.

The Promotion Director is responsible for promoting the site to advertisers, sponsors, organizers, members, donors, coin communities, and media to generate business.

The Communications Director  is responsible for having our site make news somewhere around the world everyday: via press releases, articles, and interviews. This person is the face and voice of the site    

The Compliance Director is responsible for fulfilment of site policy and procedures by all site members he is also responsible for monitoring: rankings, feedback, and reviews as well as for the certification of all work performed by Host CCs. .

Tech Development Team is responsible for writing and maintaining site code as well as safety and integrity of site.  Should interface with The Content Director on a regular basis.

PICISI (Philanthropic Investment and Charity for Inventions, Startups, and Ideas) is an ambitious crowdfunding startup that will accept all significant currency types.   This endeavor will likely change how cryptocurrency is viewed by the masses since it will enable people to see and use cryptocurrency in positive ways.

PICISI will launch with the bare necessities: a simple site, a skeleton crew, and a few sponsors.   During the first 90 days our admins and recruiters will assemble a full compliment of participants from organizers and donors to sponsors and contractors; by the end of the period we expect significant growth.

At PICISI we define promotion three different ways:

1) Publicity - broadly raising site awareness to grow the audience ie: sponsors, organizers, and donors.
2) Outreach - the specific purpose of finding organizers to conduct campaigns at our site.
3) Marketing - the specific purpose of finding donors to fund campaigns at our site.

To achieve our goals the Executive Director will assemble an energetic team of professionals: Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Content Director, Promotion Director, Communications Director; in addition to Referral Agents, Promotion Contractors, and Campaign Contractors.

• Promotion Contractor - select and complete PICISI publicity, marketing, and/or outreach assignments.
• Campaign Contractor - work for organizers to create, develop, and/or promote their respective campaigns.

On May 3rd  we received notice that Alexa.com (#1 site ranking site) ranked www.PICISI.com at ~22M. That was phenomenal news considering there is nothing at the site and we didn't ask anyone to go there.  Our plan regarding site performance was to start monitoring it after launch but since it is now listed we will start monitoring ranking.

June 18, 2015  although the rank has not changed from yesterday, what has changed dramatically is Bing search results.  Up to yesterday, PICISI had only 3 pages of content, today there are 20 pages of content.  This will very likely result in a rank boost.



True rank "changes" take place monthly or later, a 5M rank leap this early is an awesome sign for any site in prelaunch.
