You mean mining as in mining PIO?
PIO is Proof of Stake only.. The only Proof of Work mining that will happen is 0 reward blocks to kickstart the new chain until Proof of Stake fully kicks in / takes over..
You can just leave your wallet open when you receive your coins, and you will "mint" new coins automaticly.. How many coins you will mint each day is dependent on your total balance and network weight inputs..

As the 2nd round of ICO comes to final, I would like to ask one thing. There would be possibility for mining. What is current miners choice? I think about two Antminers S9, is it good choice?

Yobit is alive again..
I am shocked that people have not taken their chip from yobit the first time they closed the wallet. With a closing deadline looming it is no one's fault but your own if you cannot get chipcoin invested for the closing of the ICO. Use this opportunity to move your chip out of the exchange and into your wallet! Or at least send them to the ICO.
