I will say I haven't had any problems with depositing/withdrawing. Deposits were instant and I only made 1 withdrawal (took about 1h to get processed). Also, KYC was relatively fast, no problems there either.

It's not the first time I have got a "Please try again later response". I get it that the support agent isn't responsible but maybe at least escalate the matter to someone who might actually fix it? Here they say "The team is checking it", then "Won't be long", ends with "Try again later" and 4+ days later, it's still not fixed.

To clarify your concern. When we first launch the website, we really don't ask for KYC/verification and phone numbers (that was the time we launch in bitcointalk).
But after we encountered some issues concerning the security of our customers, we have improved the site and ask for those.
We understand that some customers may not appreciate undergoing a verification and find it annoying as it's taking time to be able to withdraw
but for our side, it's for our customers own security.
Beside. If the customer is legit recreational player. There is nothing to worry about.

The only way to fix it is by clearing cookies, but since this happens so often, it gets really frustrating having to go and clear cookies multiple times a day, because you have been timed out after less than about 5h of inactivity.
