After a quick review of Piwi`s site interface I have some ideas and problems:

1. Add Russian and Italian languages
2. Anonymous user can`t view sports line without login. Why ?
3. "Terms and conditions" leads to the main page Piwi247. How can I accept rules without reading about KYC and other details ?

Yes it's true.
After sending the documents, it took about 1.5 days and I received a letter that "everything was checked, you can withdraw money".
I issued the withdrawal request only today.
and after 5 minutes already the money was in my wallet.

And we e-mail him that he's account got verified dated September 25th

Yeah it's a long time to wait his money back and I don't know the reason why it was happened since the verification things is an easy task to solve.

Just curious to know this new gambling place more but there is some problem and this site is not run properly and also the OP is not active since 24 September.

It is your right to receive your money and they should not change rules and then block people's accounts without them withdrawing their funds in case they disagree with their rules. it just shows that using their site can be dangerous.
