I will advise you travel to Nigeria. Especially the southern part of the country. There are lots of cool places to be over here. The food, the weather is okay too so long you dont wake about under the sun all day.
Amsterdam is beautiful! If you want somewhere really relaxing I highly recommend Cayman Islands. Nothing will relax you more than island time!
Tried looking at South East Asian countries?
I'd recommend Vietnam, though not Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) as it's too westernized.
Philippines if you don't mind 40+ degree heat. (Avoid cities). There's great food, and the culture is mix of about dozen other country.
And may haps Iceland for that gorgeous northern lights.

Really I'm enjoyed.
My best recommendation is that you visit Australia and Italy, it's excellent.
Travel the Philippines peoples here are hospitable. this is the place that you feel at home.
