I got a problem with this website. Here is details. I have made my first deposit but i did not recieved my first deposit bonus. I supposed that it was automated but didnt recieve. Then i played and i lost my whole balance. Then i checked website and realized that i should e mail you. Now i send this bonus request to you. My ticket number 30015
After sent email and created support ticket, I realized that they have the worst customer service. Even though they claim to solve tickets usually in 15 minutes, i could not get a reply 15 hours yet. Whats more live chat just copy paste same message and do nothing to help me instead they forward this issue to support Department.
How long since the day you made your deposit?
How long in between your deposit day and the day you played and lost your money (whole)?
Did all those stuffs happen in the same day (deposit, play, lose money and open support ticket)?

Stay away from this site. I could not get even an answer since 16 hours. Their live chat is full of bots and just copy paste same sentences instead of solving problem.

I got only this message and I instantly replied. However customer support decide go off again and enjoy his holiday. I am waiting for 5 more hours and their live chat is completely useless. They talk like bots and lies to customers, like this:
