I got a problem with this website. Here is details. I have made my first deposit but i did not recieved my first deposit bonus. I supposed that it was automated but didnt recieve. Then i played and i lost my whole balance. Then i checked website and realized that i should e mail you. Now i send this bonus request to you. My ticket number 30015

After sent email and created support ticket, I realized that they have the worst customer service. Even though they claim to solve tickets usually in 15 minutes, i could not get a reply 15 hours yet. Whats more live chat just copy paste same message and do nothing to help me instead they forward this issue to support Department.
How long since the day you made your deposit?
How long in between your deposit day and the day you played and lost your money (whole)?
Did all those stuffs happen in the same day (deposit, play, lose money and open support ticket)?

All happened same day, yesterday.

Stay away from this site. I could not get even an answer since 16 hours. Their live chat is full of bots and just copy paste same sentences instead of solving problem.

I have experienced worst casino experience in my whole life.

just a feedback for you...
i was going to deposit but your BTC QR codes seem not to work
since my wallet is on my phone (electrum mobile) i only ever bother depositing with QR codes rather than manually typing addresses (and copy paste is not an option)

The QR codes generated on BetCoin work perfectly, and you say you use the same provider, so thats very strange.
i tried it many times, and generated new btc deposit addresses - each time, electrum says unable to decode qr data.

i believe this is a site error not user error, as ive never experienced problems with any other site's qr codes

I just noticed about the casino leaderboard, is it something like wagering contest on the casino games? I cant see the prize on mobile browser, is there a fixed prizepool for this leaderboard? Since it is a daily leaderboard, so I wonder what the benefits for those players who are on top of the leaderboard.

If I may make a suggestion, I would adjust the color contrast. At the moment it is very light, so the overview is not completely pleasant for the visitor.
Too much in the color white.
o For example, the flyers are nicely developed and clearly visible, but the framework above them disappears due to the grey background and the also grey text.
