Do you do this manually for the withdrawal or this is just because you are on your vacation? Because most of the site are having their hot wallet to make sure players can get their money right away without waiting for you to cash out for them. This should really an important thing to have on site, you should consider to add this when you back
No, checking cashouts isn't my job. Sometimes they could just take a bit more as the support team has to check them for security reasons, but they always try to send them as soon as possible.
And we recently found a bug in the promo codes which some users were trying to exploit, so that's the reason some cashouts took a bit more than normal lately, as the programmers and support team had to carefully check these accounts/cashouts.

Just take a look, on their front page, of their “ top 10 weekly cash outs”. It is the same 8 that has been up for the last month. They aren’t paying anyone. And haven’t for weeks.

It would be better if you open up your own scam accusation thread against PlayBitcoinGames as throwing up some accusations without proof is really not good with your image especially you as an untrusted member of the community your reputation won't be good as no one will believe a red tagged member.
